Very nice home in quiet neighborhood yet walkable to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Perfect for our group of 3. Host was easily accessible and attentive. I would definitely stay again.
Beautiful little beach house in a quaint town. Updated. Everything was close by. Shops and Restaurants in downtown New Port Richey. Everything you needed to stay. loved that the house had so much light. The beds were comfy. Laundry room was perfect. Thank you.
Located just a couple blocks from downtown New Port Richey, this is a great rental on a nice quiet neighborhood street. Everything is as you see on the listing - clean and neat. King size bed in master bedroom is very comfy and it's easy to quickly feel at home here.
Cute little house in downtown Newport Richey! Close to gas stations , grocery stores & restaurants. The owner was very responsive and answered all my questions . My only complaints would be that the washing stopped working day 2 and is a huge inconvenience with a family of 5 and going to the pool and beach everyday. I did alert her and did not get a response . I was told that it needed to be on a certain setting prior to stay and we followed instructions and by day 2 it wouldn’t work . The bath tub had scum around the drain and the water barely got to room temperature. So recommend turn hot water heater a little warmer and make sure maids clean properly . Other than it was a good stay and would stay again if those things were fixed .
Love the home & nice big yard. Great location within walking distance to the City of New Port Richey. Just wish there was a little of the necessities that we didn’t bring (spices, laundry detergent, & cards or games for nights sitting outside. Very nice patio with big yard. I really appreciate that it was dog friendly. We love traveling with our Greta. She loved the yard to play ball. We had a lot fun !
Property was very nice. Comfy beds and couch. Walking distance to downtown and the park.
We had a very relaxing time. The house is decorated beautifully and very spacious.
Few minor flaws that need fixing:
There is no blender so I couldnt make my protein shakes or any frozen drinks; microwave was broken so had to hold while heating up. Shower head needs to be replaced aa water stream is all over the place. And toilet has flushing problem so a plumber should be able to fix.
But despite those issues its still a very nice house
We stayed for a month and had 2 couples joins us at different times. Had a great time exploring the area. NPR is a cute town with lots of restaurants. Tarpon Springs is probably 15 minutes away and Clearwater Beach is about 45 minutes. We also drove up to Homosassa Springs and Crystal River to see the manatees and that was great. Save some money and see them at the park in Homosassa for $13, rather than a more costly guided tour. We actually saw more that way. The inside of the house is cute and comfy and the beds are great. The neighborhood is interesting. The back yard is nice and big, but the outside of the house could use some maintenance. The listing says there’s a wood stove, but we didn’t see any. An earlier review states that there are no bbq tools, and that’s true. We didn’t have enough towels for our guests and there were no dish towels. The host offered to drop more off, but we would have to wait a couple days so bought some myself and took them home with me. The house was equipped with the bare minimum, so be ready to grocery shop. The host was quick to respond and friendly.
I came down to celebrate my daughter's birthday. After living in New Port Richey for 10 years, I was very familiar with the area. It was a pleasant surprise to see how the downtown area has flourished. The hotel restoration is complete and it's beautiful.
The housing accommodations were perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable and I slept great. Everything was there that was needed. The backyard was setup with a nice patio and fence gave plenty of privacy.
I'll definitely come back in the future.
The bungalow was perfect. Clean, comfortable bed. Adorable decor! Great fenced yard for out dog. Loved being able to walk downtown for a drink or bite to eat. We were visiting family in Trinity.
The house was so cute, clean and bigger than anticipated. My parents and two kids (1 yr and 5 yrs) were very comfortable. We were in town visiting family and it was located close to them and downtown NPR. Upon arrival we discovered a pack and play which was a fantastic surprise. There is plenty of room to set it up in the master bedroom. The owners were accommodating and very quick to respond. We'll be back the next time we are in town.
Loved it! The house though small was quite spacious at the same time. Had everything that was needed and more. Great host! Great communication! Will definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay in New Port Richey. We rented this house because it’s close to family, so the location was great for us. The house was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed.
