Soak up the Florida sun with this cozy in-law suite with an amazing oasis in the back. This is a single family house with an in-law apartment that is on the bottom with 3 private entrances. The pool area is shared with the owner but has two separate sides of all the complete comforts such as grill, lounges, chairs and tables. The owners are super cool, down to earth mid-life people. Need not worry, you will still have your privacy. In the end 100 times better than what you will get at a Hilton with much needed space and all the fixings for a much smaller price tag.

Fabulous Getaway

The property was very well kept. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice. Our dog loved the place. We would book again if we are ever in the area again.

Cute little place!

This place is nice. It's the bottom floor of the renters home so there is some noise from movement upstairs. The pool area was neat, the pool was clean with lots of floaties to use. Great space for 2 adults and 2 kids!

a fantastic place

we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay this first month, we are staying a second month. I cant say enough good things about our hosts, such a warm, welcoming couple. The pool is fantastic, the beds and the shower! We definitely be back. Love it!

Little oasis

I loved the house, the comfortability of the rooms and space. The owners were very gracious and very friendly and very helpful. They literally become your friends if you’d like that their backyard is beautiful. Their pool is gorgeous and brand new. There was a grill with gas all the supplies we needed my stay was amazing. I will definitely stay with them again.

Beautiful getaway!

Well to start everything was so perfect. Very close to all kinds of shopping and food. The property itself was amazing. Clean and spacious with ample closets and dressers. Beautiful chill area out back by pool. The pool area has sun and shade areas, lights at night and in the pool. Loved the bathroom access right from pool area made clean up and changing a breeze. Thanks for everything can't wait to come back.

GREAT FAMILY STAY

If you are looking for that perfect, peaceful getaway for the whole fam, this is the place for you! The hosts are absolutely amazing folks! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Andrew and Nicole made us feel welcome and made sure we was happy with our stay! They had everything we needed to make us feel at home! It was so good we didn't want to leave. We made friends with Andrew and would definitely without a doubt return to this vacation spot! I definitely recommend you ask Andrew about a trip out on his boat during your stay! I promise you wont regret it!! Thank you Andrew and Nicole for opening up your home to us and showing us the BEST first family vacation we could have ever ask for!! I cant rave enough about our experience!!

It was a great stay, a good location not far away from beaches and sponge docks. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area. The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us We will return if we get to revisit the area!

My name is Andrew and I live on the property with my Wife Nichole, making it easy to communicate. My beautiful home is a total of 5200 sq ft and 1300 of it is the in-law suite, completely separate from the rest of the house.
We are onsite just upstairs. We are always available with help on questions and needs.
We are also Superhosts on Airbnb.

Beautifully maintained 1,300 square feet of spacious living! 2 huge bedrooms with a large open concept living, kitchen, dining, pantry and living room. Private entrance and closed in backyard with a pool to enjoy those tasty drinks! This home is beautiful!

There is a private washer and dryer and patio furniture set on property. Blazing fast 500 MB download speeds for WiFi internet.
We have three flat screen TV's with internet access. We've cut the cord on cable and we now stream. Each TV has a streaming Firestick. Just log into your favorite streaming service to enjoy. Pets are welcomed to stay for a $100 non-refundable pet fee.
We also offer to captain our brand new 2021 Yamaha Jet Boat that seats up to 6 guests! We have our beautiful barrier islands to hang out and go shelling. Dolphin watch or just cruise around the Gulf of Mexico. There is also the huge Tarpon Lake for fresh water. Weather permitting. Please ask for details.
