This is a beautiful place. Spacious, clean and in a great location. Check in and check out was seamless. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was so convenient. Kitchen was stocked well with complimentary tea and coffee. It made for a much needed relaxing week!!!

This house was the perfect backdrop for our group of six! The four-story layout gave everyone plenty of space to stretch out, and having a private elevator made unpacking and moving between floors effortless. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was great for our group meals. We loved relaxing there after a day at the beach, and the community pool was a fantastic bonus for a quick dip. Being just under two miles from Bethany Beach offered the ideal balance of convenience and peaceful, scenic surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would gladly return!

Amazing house.

We enjoyed our stay, 4 adults and four kids. Very spacious.One thing we could have used for the kids was an outdoor shower.Elevator was a great plus.

This town home is beautiful and spacious. The location was close to the beach, you can drive or bike but Fenwick beach turned out to the the better beach for us. The issue we had was that there was a ton of garbage from the previous vacationers and the floors were absolutely filthy. The garbage created an issues in the garage before we arrived and there were flies everywhere who also made it into the home. The comforters blankets were not clean and smelled of other people. If you’re planning to stay here beware that the pick up and drop off location for the welcome packet is 15 minutes away from the property. If it wasn’t for the cleanliness issues we would book again, but we won’t be.
