The condo needs updating: ceiling fan controls stuck on low, no A/C in the living area made it uncomfortably warm even with fans on, couldn't use loft as a bedroom due to temperature.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hale Kamaole 254 is a nicely decorated and well-equipped condo. The condo was exactly as described, clean and well maintained. The staff on site were friendly and helpful. We stayed during the summer so the loft area was quite warm for sleeping but the two bedrooms had air conditioning and were comfortable at night. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the two pools although small are perfect to cool off. It is a great location across the street from a lovely beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants, Coconuts for fish tacos is recommended.
