Nueva construcción Waterfront Family Lake Lodge en el lado soleado de Bottle Bay.

¡Bienvenido a tu retiro privado único frente al lago! ¡Esta nueva construcción del lago Lodge fue construida en 2016 y le mostrará lo que el norte de Idaho tiene para ofrecer! Ubicado en el lado soleado de Bottle Bay, disfrute de un muelle privado con vistas a la montaña Schweitzer. Disfruta del increíble lago Pend Oreille con ventanas de piso a techo. Disfruta del sol en la gran terraza o desde el muelle privado. La propiedad está convenientemente ubicada frente al puerto deportivo de Bottle Bay, que ofrece restaurantes, alquiler de botes / kayak, gas y lanzamiento de botes. La hermosa y animada ciudad de Sandpoint está cerca (25 minutos en coche o 15 en barco). Además, ¡echa un vistazo a los numerosos restaurantes a orillas del lago Pend Oreille!


Esta casa tiene características únicas en todo. La mesa de la cocina personalizada, las encimeras del baño y el manto de la chimenea fueron hechos a mano con árboles de la propiedad que se eliminaron para la construcción. ¡Los acabados de aliso nudoso y pino te harán sentir como en casa en el norte de Idaho! ¡Disfruta de una chimenea de piedra del piso al techo con almacenamiento de madera completamente abastecido, una escalera de madera abierta que conduce a un gran loft y una habitación con literas empotradas que te sorprenderán!


La casa ofrece mucho espacio para un grupo grande o también acogerá cómodamente a un grupo más pequeño. La casa duerme 10 en camas, con una cama de aire opcional si es necesario. La ocupación máxima es de 10 personas. Las habitaciones incluyen:

Suite principal: cama King, armarios para él y para ella y baño principal adjunto

-Dormitorio de repuesto: cama King y armarios dobles

-Habitación litera grande: literas incorporadas personalizadas: dos camas extralargas dobles en dos camas extralargas completas, con capacidad para dormir niños o adultos

-Loft grande: perfecto para sacos de dormir o colchones de aire adicionales (para su comodidad, ofrecemos un colchón de aire y ropa de cama tamaño queen). Esto no está incluido en los "duerme 10" mencionados anteriormente)

This home delivers! The views are beautiful and is stocked for all needs from cooking to outdoor activities. We made Thanksgiving dinner and enjoyed a cozy and quiet holiday. Short drive to Schweitzer to play in the snow and off the beaten path home for excellent tranquility.

The “Copper Cabin” located on beautiful and intimate Bottle Bay is a fine new home, very well designed with just a few steps to a grassy lawn and classic dock for swimming and boating.

Amazing Property

The only thing more amazing then the property was the host. She was accessible at all times, accommodating, and a great communicator. The property itself exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate but the games and movies available were enough to entertain all the kids (ages 2-9). Highly recommend this place for a family vacation or just a peaceful getaway!

Beautiful lakefront cabin

We loved staying at Copper Cabin. Everything was new and clean, and it was well stocked. Loved being right on the lake with a dock for our boat. Bottle bay is a nice quiet, calm bay with the marina across the bay for gas. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful property

We had such a wonderful stay. The cabin is absolutely beautiful! The view of the lake was amazing to wake up to every morning. The owner Jennifer is very quick to respond and on top of everything. My family really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be booking again next summer!

Quiet relaxing place to stay

Owner was great to work with and super helpful. The home has a great layout and about the only thing I found missing was a heat lamp to enjoy the deck and even better views of the lake in the winter. All in all a great vacation spot off the beaten path.

Amazing cabin on the lake

My family and I had a great time staying at this cabin. The cabin is amazing inside and out. It was stocked with everyting we needed for our stay. Beautiful views of the lake. We had fun fishing off the dock. We also rented a boat from the marina across the bay and had a good time exploring the lake. Definitely recommend!

It was lovely!

Such a fantastic house with a great view and the little street it was on was darling- great for a daily walk. We rented a pontoon boat for two days at the marina right across the water. What a blast to ride around and pull the kids on the inter tube each day.

Farm Family get-away

Beautiful Property!

Our family and friends loved our stay at Copper Cabin! The house was clean, well-stocked, nicely appointed, and beautifully located. The location on Bottle Bay is on the sunny side. Lots of afternoon light was perfect for fabulous evenings on the water. The host was easy to communicate with and went above-and-beyond what was necessary to ensure we had a pleasant vacation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic lakeside holiday!

Girls weekend

I stayed at this property with my cousins, sister, niece and daughters for a family girls weekend and had the absolute best time!! The house had tons of activities including kayaking and paddleboarding and was well stocked with everything we needed! They even had a counter top ice maker that came in extremely handy during our stay! The location of the house is perfect on a very sunny side of the lake! It was so gorgeous, we hardly ever left the house other than to boat on the lake! Would definitely recommend this house for your stay on Lake Pend Oreille!

Family Reunion

Great place, great time. Great communication with home owner. Highly recommend this place if needing a getaway from home. PS-need to replace the hand soap in all the dispensers, water was all we got. Thanks for everything! We’ll be back.

Lakefront Zen

We had an amazing time at Cooper Cabin. The house itself was a modern and very well decorated cabin, with a great open floor plan and expansive deck that provided clear views of the lake. For our kids the bunk bed room was a hit with custom built in bunks. This was one of the few properties we noticed that had a beautiful lawn leading to the dock where we spent a majority of our time lounging, swimming, and boating. We will be back to this property for sure absolutely amazing!!!

A perfect weekend getaway!

We came to the cabin for a long weekend over New Years, and had the best time. The cabin is beautiful, spacious, and the kitchen is better stocked than most rentals I’ve been in. The owner was communicative, and thoughtful. Since we had folks staying in the loft upstairs, they set out an air mattress for us. They also plowed the driveway so that we could fit all the cars. It was the perfect weekend!

Magnificent Home on the Lake

Our stay at the Copper Cabin was wonderful. The home is very well appointed and full of detailed craftsmanship. The kitchen was well stocked and the adjoining dining area made every meal fun. We loved playing in the water, going for a paddle, and relaxing on the dock. Bottle Bay is a quiet an idyllic escape. Jennifer was very hospitable and made every effort to make our stay more enjoyable. Our only regret was that we had to leave. This was one of our most memorable vacations and we can't wait to return!

Lake Vacation Pardise

We had high hopes and expectations and ALL of them were exceeded. Location, perfect weather and the home is an amazing family experience. Beautiful home & ideal location

The Copper Cabin is a beautifully built and designed home. It offers gorgeous living spaces and plenty of amenities with a high end cabin feeling but truly kid friendly at the same time. We stayed inside because it was November, but throughly enjoyed the views from in front of the fireplace and third story. The internet was more than enough to run our phones, laptop and kids gaming systems. It was the Thanksgiving away we all dreamed of.

Gorgeous home---beautiful view---lots of things to do!

Our family had an awesome week at this property! It was very well appointed, lots of extras for things to do: canoe, two kayaks, floating tube which the teenagers loved hanging out on, very comfortable beds. The 4 girls loved the room with the 4 bunks! The loft upstairs with the shuffle board and other games was a huge plus! The deck overlooking the lake was a popular hangout for all of us as well as a place for smaller groups of our family to hang out together! The marina across the bay provided a large pontoon boat for a day on the water. We are still basking in the sweet memories made! The owner was outstanding in quickly answering questions before we went ! This was certainly a 5 star vacation home!
