I loved this apartment. Amazing views of the ocean, and friendly neighbors. The beach is only 500 feet from the apartment or you can enter the ocean right from the pier of the apartment building. It’s only a 4 min ride to the ferry.

Great stay

Would recommend! Second floor, with SEA view. The pool is right below as well and is very well maintained. There is tables where you can have a family dinner outside as well. The beach “plata del Nino” is one minute walk away. Very nice as well! They have bathrooms and vendors. The apartment has everything you need including WiFi! They let me check in early which was a plus! Thank you for the stay!

Excellent stay

This is not my first nor will it be my last place visiting I love this place. Restaurants nearby beaches right outside what more can we ask for. The sunsets and sunrise are amazing

Had a good stay host was very receptive only problem to me was it was old everything else was great would stay again needs bathroom upgrade its very small and old . Other then that everything was perfect exactly as picture shows

Fantastic place to stay!

We arrived late to the condo, and we were greeted by Patti, who brought us a couple of cold beers each. Then when mentioned we wanted to go find a place to eat at 10:30 PM, she graciously said she would be back and brought a quesadilla's and made some fresh guacamole. In addition to that, there was fresh bottled water and a fresh fruit bowl sitting waiting for us. They kept checking when we would arrive and then gave us great directions. (we rented a car) The pools were very clean, lots of towels. Loved having a washer & dryer. It was a great vacation. We will return there again! Thanks everyone!!!

9 days in Cancun

Cutest little condo. Beautiful view. Everything we needed for our 9 days while getting Dental work done. Wonderful pools, great little balcony Walking to local restaurants was perfect, staying in was just as good. Easy access to the Sea and grilling available down by the water. Hope to come back.

Perfect Stay!

My stay at this property was great. The pictures are accurate and it was the perfect space for my solo trip. The apartment was clean and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. I loved that there was a stairway leading right into the sea and the pools were nice too. The air conditioners worked great and I appreciated the drinking water that was provided. I also appreciated that a cleaning person came every few days because I was in and out so much that I didn’t always have time to wash dishes. Monica was always reachable and answered all of my questions. The area is safe and quiet. I walked alone on several nights and felt super safe. There were always people around. I would definitely stay again.

quiet and local

This is a no frills condo in a local neighborhood. Very close to local restaurants and small stores. There is a children's beach right next door and the facility has a dock where you can easily swim in chest deep water. Very clean units and grounds with security gates. Not a party place and usually very quiet.

Bonne localisation dans un cartier tranquille et sécuritaire. Les photos sont réalistes Un beau plus d’avoir piscine et chaises longues. Wifi fonctionne très bien, vue sur la mer superbe. Appartement un peu petit pour plus de 2 personnes . Arthuro fort sympathique ainsi que les proprios meme si on ne les a pas vus, la communication est facile Une base De la langue espagnole est aidante pour communiquer avec services locaux: resto , taxis … Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Great stay

Property owner was on the premises and very helpful. He met us at 3am, when we arrived late. Apartment was very clean, bed was comfortable, and kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the balcony and the ocean view. The neighbors were friendly. The only complaint we had was that the showerhead needs to be replaced. Thank you, Alberto!

Caribbean views

Spectacular uninterrupted ocean balcony view of cancun hotel district to right, Isla mujures to the left, pool down below and ferries and fishing boats criss crossing through the day and night. (No beach per se in front but waist deep sea accessible by wooden steps next to the pool) Easy walking distance to beachfront bars, convenience stores and ferry terminals or even Cancun centro if you are fit enough to walk a couple miles in the tropical heat. Taxis and busses are frequent enough elsewise. Inside. Not particularly modern but clean and functional, ie Mexican. Comfortable for a couple, ok for +1 on sofa bed I guess but a bit too rustic if you had little kids that climb etc. ( Mexican building regs not 1st world!) If you are looking for hotel strip modern accommodation next door to a nightclub then you are just going to have to book somewhere over there and pay those prices. If you want somewhere that has a “local” feel and flavour, quiet at night, then you won’t be disappointed. Spanish spoken but locals are very friendly and willing to help confused tourists.

Beautiful Views

The pictures of the property were fairly accurate, although the bathroom is very small. A note to anybody who is a large person(over 6ft ,or over say 250lbs. this bathroom is not for you!) We never met the property manager, but there was someone there to meet us and give keys etc. Also, someone came to clean twice during our 10 day stay! The neighborhood is near the ferry. The closest beach is called Playa del Nino. Playa del Nino was loaded with kelp ( I've since read that this season has been terrible for the beaches in Cancun because of this kelp "explosion" ), but there were employees out each day doing clean up. The bottom in the water has a lot of lime stone, but once you get in it is a fairly pleasant swim. The pools at Quinta del Mar were very clear and clean and great to swim in. There was a wonderful deck with a spectacular views of the sea and the pools. There are two small stores within walking distance of the property as well as some very good affordable fresh seafood restaurants. Make no mistake, this is not a resort area! We were looking for something more authentic and this fit the bill. Taxis, as well as busses are easy to catch right out front. Travel to Centro Cancun, Wal Mart and Super Grocery stores is easy and affordable. Not much English is spoken in this area and I would suggest being prepared to pay with pesos as you will receive a better price. Also, few places around accepted credit cards and no one accepted Discover card although I've heard more places in Mexico are starting to. Isle de Mujeres is a ferry trip from the property and worth while. Worth noting might be that the best peso to USD rate was at the OXXO store just a quick trip from the prperty. We had an excellent stay.
