& reformado...

Nuevo todo (casi ...) Pintura nueva, baño nuevo y ducha, televisor nuevo, y así sucesivamente ...

Las zonas comunes son grandes, 4 piscinas, amplias zonas de césped, palapas con mesas y sillas, la playa, y la impresionante vista de Isla Mujeres y la Zona Hotelera.

La gente en Quintas del Mar son geniales, un ambiente muy relajado. Algunos viven allí, otros vienen de vacaciones. Todos los vacacionistas regresan, siempre! Quintas del Mar es famosa por ella. Algunos, unas pocas veces al año, otros por muchos años en una fila.

Algunos de nosotros en Quintas del Mar les gusta reunirse para barbacoas y pasar un rato en la piscina. Pero si te gusta estar solo, lo respetamos, como siempre que se sepa que son bienvenidos a unirse a nosotros!

Otra gran cosa sobre Quintas del Mar es que pueda levantarse por la mañana y salir para ir a correr o dar un paseo mientras disfruta de la vista.

Es muy cerca de todo.
Está a poca distancia a pie de una tienda abierta las 24 horas, una pequeña tienda de comestibles y al ferry que te lleva a Isla Mujeres. (Muy hermosa isla).
Un par de los grandes supermercados están a sólo 5 minutos de distancia.

El transporte es bueno y seguro. Autobús urbano local alrededor de $ 0. 25 USD y en taxi hasta el centro alrededor de $ 2. 50 USD.
Si usted va a la Zona Hotelera que es mejor tomar el autobús, taxi le costará alrededor de $ 9 USD

El centro de la ciudad y el inicio de la zona hotelera se encuentran a pocos minutos en transporte.
La estación central de autobuses está a 10 minutos de distancia. Tienen transporte de primera clase a precios realmente asequibles. Allí, se pueden tomar autobuses a Playa del Carmen (1: 15min), Tulum (1: 45min) y muchos otros lugares.
El aeropuerto está a 25 minutos de distancia.

Y muy cerca, puedes disfrutar de tiendas de lujo, de bajo perfil, o mercados locales, cines, restaurantes, esnórquel, windsurf, kayak, muchos otros lugares, porque como dije antes ... Todo está cerca, Cancún es bastante pequeño .

Yo diría que es perfecto para aquellos que quieren disfrutar de la tranquilidad, pero todavía estar cerca de la escena de la fiesta y las zonas más concurridas en caso de que quiera experimentarlo.

*** Y no olvides sobre el $$$, al quedarse aqui podrá ahorrar cientos de dólares que se pueden utilizar para hacer más actividades !!

Beautiful Condo and setting

We truly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful pool just steps outside of our door. The gulf views were also amazing! The condo was quiet and just what we needed to relax.

We had everything to have a comfortable stay. Pools and the sea are at the door. Just so wonderful! Very friendly and lovely host, always around to help with questions. Local authentic restaurants, downtown, maya ruins (El Meco) in few minutes distance.

Nevering going all-inclusive again

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Very close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres and a quick ride on the Collectivo downtown made the location nearly ideal. The air conditioning in the bedroom was excellent (and we're from Northern Canada), and the internet fast. In addition to property owners we met several other guests and property owners during our stay and they were all friendly/helpful. Would stay here again.

The host is great. The apartment is as explained. The neighborhood is not close to the resort area. Way more authentic, which we love. Short walk to the beach from the residence.

A very happy retired couple

Exactly what we wanted and exactly as listed. Good location away from the hotel zone. Easy bus and taxi access to services, groceries, restaurants, shopping. Bus stop right in front of building. Good unit for a couple, steps from pool. Access to the ocean. A beach close by. Quiet and relaxing. Host was wonderful. Neighbours were welcoming. If you are looking for an affordable peaceful vacation, we highly recommend this.

Perfekte Lage am Meer

Das Apartment liegt direkt am Pool, ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist im schönen mexikanischem Dekor und das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ich habe hier eine schöne Zeit mit meiner Kusine verbracht. Vielen Dank an Jean-Pierre, der mich total freundlich empfangen hat und auch an Natalia, die mir bei allen Fragen und Anliegen schnell und super lieb zur Verfügung gestanden ist. 💕💕

Lovely and restful

Wonderful property. Got up every morning to watch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. Comfortable bed. Compact but efficient kitchen. Owner just a few doors down, so easy to communicate with.

Nice spot right on the ocean

It was our first time to Mexico and we were pretty adventurous with this plan. We were very limited on the language and this was a challenge. The property is about 1/4 mile from the ferry to Isla Mueres and 1/2 mile the other direction to a nice restaurant. We got amazing sunrise photos from the patio every morning.

Great place to enjoy the ocean!

Condo is located right on the ocean! Walk out the sliding glass door and there’s a pool or the ocean for a swim! Open all the windows and sliding door and enjoy a gentle breeze all day. <3

The Host or Hostess were terrible, not friendly at all, did not help me with anything, had to talk to other guests or property owners to find things out, would stay again, but with a different host who rents out different apartment

Great hosts and alternative location.

We had excellent hosts. The location is great if you don’t want to stay in the hotel zone and would like to go to other spots like Isla Mujeres which is close by. Ado bus station is close on the city bus line. There is a great pubic beach next door.

Beautiful Views

We were seconds to our pool from our door wall overlooking the ocean with beautiful sunrises every morning. Located in a quiet strip down from the hotel zona - secured well. Landowners live on site. Very clean. Walk to outside Mass overlooking the water. Two restaurants within walking distance. We were there for dental procedures - it was perfect to relax and heal. Very quiet and enjoyed our stay very much.!

So Close to the Gulf

We were here for 13 days and have never had more help from a host and manager. The host picked me up at the airport upon arrival and told me all about the property. I was amazed at how close the condo was to the ocean. The pools were right in front of the condo and we could throw a stone to the ocean. Water sports are abundantly available. Would definitely visit Lirio and Natalia and their families again.

Peaceful and beautiful

We had a wonderful week. The condo was as described with beautiful views! JP did a great job communicating before we got there and Lirio was exceptional in her care of us! She had great tips on where to go and what to do. It was nice to be close to the city but in a quieter neighborhood.

Oceanfront bliss

Walk out your patio door to breathtaking views and sunrises that will leave you truly grateful that you chose this wonderful place! Ocean access and the very pretty Playa del Nino right next door make this place very special. Hostess Lirio is very kind and accommodating. I felt very welcomed and included in the condo community. As a solo traveler travelling over the Christmas holidays I was even very graciously invited to her families Christmas celebration! Only minutes walk from shops and restaurants and very accessible to Cancun Centre I had a wonderful time at this place.

Love this place and our host

I loved my stay and will return with my family. Lirio and her family were so gracious. She and her daughter even took me to Isla Mujeres with them. About the only negatives I can say is that the outdoor furniture needs repair or upgrading and some of the afternoons were a bit noisy as they’re updating the exterior and one of the pools. It was so peaceful watching the sunrise and the birds every morning. It’s far enough away from the hotel zones to be quiet yet only a short walk to the ferry . Cabs were close by and reasonably priced. Thank you so much

Delightful and affordable

We stayed for a week in March and absolutely loved being at this property. Being on the ground floor, we could walk right out to the pools and relax or swim near the gorgeous azure sea. We did two tours (Chichzen Itza and Tulum/Xel-Ha) via a hotel that was less than a ten minute walk away. Our (on property) host, Lirio, was exceedingly helpful in setting up the tours and suggesting activities and places to eat, including the wonderful nearby Marbella and driving us downtown to an great little place called Los de Pescado (inexpensive and delicious). Getting around was pretty straightforward. Buses are a bit confusing as you need to be somewhat familiar with surrounding landmarks, but grabbing buses to Pto Juarez seemed to get us home just fine. Taxis were also nearby. Having a kitchen was very useful. Waking up and eating fresh papaya and pineapple, yogurt, etc. Staying in and making chicken tacos after getting home late from our Chichzen Itza tour. In fact, everything about the property was quaint and cozy and wonderful! Our flight was cancelled on our return home and we all got bussed to Riu Cancun, an all-inclusive hotel, and I am SO glad that we didn't end up going that direction when we booked our accommodations. Ultimately, I loved staying here and look forward to returning again as soon as we are able.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There are many things to enjoy in our condo. As I said before, the common areas are great, 4 swimming pools, large grass areas, palapas with tables and chairs, the beach, and the amazing view of Isla Mujeres and the Hotel Zone.
The people are great too, very easygoing atmosphere. Some live there, others come on vacation. All vacationers come back, always! Quintas del Mar is famous for it. Some, a few times a year, others for many years in a row.
All of us at Quintas del Mar like to get together for barbecues and hanging out at the pool. But if you like to be by yourself, we respect that, as long as you know you are welcome to join us!
It is very close to everything.
It is within walking distance to the ferry that takes you to Isla Mujeres.
Transportation is good and safe.
The city centre and the start of the hotel zone is only a few minutes away by transport. The central bus station is 10 min away. They have first class transport at really affordable prices. There you can take buses to Playa del Carmen (1:15min), Tulum (1:45min) and many other places. The airport is 25 min away.
And very close by you can enjoy shopping, cinema, restaurants, snorkelling, many other things.
