HOUSE SUPPLIES
To ensure a stress-free stay, the house is stocked with start-up supplies like trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen detergent, and laundry pods. The bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.

COMMUNITY ACCESS
Access to community amenities requires a $175 fee for all guests, which covers all 12 guests for the duration of your stay. Up to 8 wristbands and 2 key fobs will be provided for entry to the shared amenities, and additional wristbands are available for a small fee.

SAFETY & PROPERTY CONSIDERATIONS
For your peace of mind, we’ve taken extra precautions to ensure your safety during your stay at Calm Water Retreat:

Children and Infants: Children and infants must be supervised at all times, both inside the home and outside.

Nearby Pond: The scenic pond near the home offers a beautiful backdrop, but please ensure children are supervised when near it for their safety. Calm Water Retreat is not responsible for any accidents or injuries, so please enjoy the area responsibly.

Community: This home is located in a larger resort-style community, Millville by the Sea, which offers a variety of great amenities. While there is no construction within the village your home is located in, please note that there may still be ongoing construction within the broader community. Two additional villages are currently being developed, so there may be some construction noise or activity in other parts of Millville by the Sea during your stay.

Security Cameras: For your safety and protection, there are 3 exterior cameras monitoring the driveway, front entrance, and backyard sliders. These cameras do not record any interior spaces and are only activated by motion or when the doorbell is pressed. Additionally, there is a camera inside facing the garage that activates only when the alarm system is disarmed, but it remains off during your stay.
