Esta es una unidad frente al mar de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños. Esta unidad fue renovada y no decepcionará. si ves esto publicado en craigslist es una estafa! Solo alquilo a través de vrbo. Tiene pisos nuevos, pintura nueva, tocadores nuevos, encimeras nuevas, muebles nuevos, pantallas planas en cada habitación y es hermoso. El dormitorio frente al mar tiene una cama king size y una pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas. El baño principal tiene bañera / ducha y lavabo. También hay un balcón cerrado fuera de esta habitación que puede ser una sala de estar o un área para dormir. El segundo gran dormitorio tiene una increíble vista a la bahía (con impresionantes puestas de sol) y tiene dos camas matrimoniales y una pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas y baño completo contiguo. El tercer dormitorio también tiene vista a la bahía y tiene una cama de día con cama nido y un gemelo sobre futón completo. También hay una pantalla plana montada en esa habitación. El salón tiene una gran sección de cuero, pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas y balcón exterior contiguo. La sala de estar también tiene un área de comedor y taburetes para comer en el mostrador de la cocina. El Atlantis está ubicado en la calle 103, que se encuentra en una sección de rascacielos donde el área es magnífica y la gente es excepcional. Está en el piso 17, por lo que las vistas son impresionantes del océano y el sonido de las olas rompiendo es increíble. También hay un segundo balcón cerrado fuera del dormitorio principal donde puede disfrutar de las vistas y los sonidos. Además, hay una vista increíble de la bahía desde el segundo y tercer dormitorio. Lo más importante es que abandonas tu unidad, pasas la gran piscina y estás en la playa. Justo al lado está el Clarion, que es excelente ya que cuenta con piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, comidas y entretenimiento al aire libre y comidas en el interior (bar y restaurante). Hay acceso wifi inalámbrico disponible por aproximadamente $ 7 días / $ 40 por semana. La ropa de cama y las toallas NO están incluidas (solo almohadas).

Great little apartment

*Loved being right next to the beach *Not to busy where we were at but yet stuff to do if didnt want to drive that day. *easy to get ahold of property manager * Staff was nice * nice pool for all ages *apartment its self was a nice place to stay for a week * would go back again!

The condo was everything we were looking for. Plenty of room, nicely decorated right on the beach. my family had an awesome time. we did have one issue and Sharon the owner did everything in her power to rectify the issue

Family Week at the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at the Atlantis! The condo was the perfect size for our group! The owner Sharon was so helpful and great to work with! Being on the 17th floor, we had no issues with elevators! They were quick and there was ample parking, even for day guests to come spend the day on the beach! Although Hurricane Debby had us leave early, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Sharon!!!

Fun family stay in Ocean City

We had a beautiful week at this property. The views were stunning and you can hear the waves from the balconies. You can see the sunrise from the master bedroom. Very short walk to the beach (which is ideal for us with kids - so much to carry!). The pool was fun for the kiddos as well. The owner was quick to answer and communicate. Highly recommend for families!

I had no problem communicating with the unit owner. Unit was clean and had everything we needed beautiful view of the ocean, but also scary. I had 2 Three year-olds and they were chairs on the deck that they could push over and fall over easy fix just put them inside, but definitely a beautiful view . We would stay here again

Lovely place, lovely view, lovely communication

We stayed, our family of six (kids ages 10, 8, 6, and 4) plus my in-laws for a week at Sharon’s rental. She was super attentive and communicative, with a strong attention to detail. We loved being right on the beach and having an easy (flat) walk from the condo to the beach. The pool was bigger than I expected and the kids loved playing in it. We met a handful of other families staying in the condos and our kiddos played with them on the beach and at the pool. The condos are close to all the things - food, groceries, shopping, mini golf, and so much more. Would definitely rent again!! Our only issue was an oversight on my part that Sharon had detailed in writing, that I missed in my excitement that there are no comforters available in the unit - but there was a TJMaxx across the street that we were able to get blankets for the week. She was very gracious about it when I reached out to her on the matter. 10 out of 10

Excellent Location!

This condo is in the perfect location right on the beach. Beautiful balcony with view of the ocean and the views of the bay from the other rooms are fantastic. The condo was clean and had all the necessities. And, the pool was very nice as well. A couple of things that would have been nice to know in the description were that there is a 60 fee to park your car on the property for the week. We had multiple cars and there was some concern with the condo office that there would not be enough room in the lot to park more than one car. There is a municipal lot across the street you can also use, but it was also full because of the holiday weekend. It all worked out, but something to keep in mind if you are bringing more than one car, especially on a holiday weekend.Blankets and Comforters are not provided. You have to provide your own linens and blankets/comforters. Only pillows are provided. It was not a big deal for us but would have been nice to know before booking. Sharon was lovely to work with, and we really enjoyed our week!

Fabulous Summer Stay

My family stayed at this ocean front condo for one week and enjoyed it very much. We were a total of 13 guests (most children and 5 adults) but the home was large enough for host us comfortably. Sharon was very responsive to our messages and very kind. The condo is near the top floors so has a beautiful view of the ocean. There is a convenient pool downstairs with reasonable hours. The parking situation was very good, we did not have any issues, even with three cars. The staff in the security office downstairs were also very helpful. The condo is well furnished and has the cooking ware in the kitchen to use. Walmart is only a 15-20 minute drive and Food Lion is only 3-5 minutes away if you need anything. The Original Fractured Prune, Uber Bagels, and other nice restaurants are near by. We were lucky to find the week we stayed available. Just a Fabulous Summer stay.

Perfection Everytime!

Our 1st experience renting this unit has kept us coming back for years! It's a perfect home away from home. It's well maintained, clean & the owners are fabulous! Our 1st year with them was in 2013 or 2014 ( I cannot remember ) we have returned every year since. In 2015 the unit was full & I was heartbroken. We rented with someone else & let me just say I will never again. Since we 1st started renting with Sharon we came for 1 week and have since extended our stay for 2 weeks and hoping to do 3! I am excited for our stay in 2017 and looking forward to many more years of making memories with my kids and family. Thanks Sharon for all you have done and continue to do to accommodate everyone. Looking forward to enjoying both of your beach homes this year. BAM! I finally wrote a much deserved review that should have been left for each year we have vacationed in our home away from home! Great vacation spot.

Sharon was great to work with. She provided all the details needed for a great arrival, stay and departure. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular as was the sunset view from the other bedroom. Her beach tips were very useful in saving us time and energy. Convenient location, close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

17th floor overlooking the Atlantic @ the Atlantis

The unit worked out well for our family. Location is outstanding. Beautiful views. The owner of the unit made sure we were aware that we need to provide our own linens. Very helpful. Roses discount store across the street has whatever you need very reasonably. Gave 4 stars on cleanliness, the previous renters left very dirty pots and pans. Housekeeping must have missed that. It happens. All in all, very pleased with the rental.

Awesome fun in OC

We had a great stay in OC at the Condo. It was a beautiful view from the 17th floor overlooking the ocean. I would highly recommend this for anyone traveling to OC. Our children and grandchildren stayed with us and had a blast. Thank you again Sharon for providing a wonderful place to stay.

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful stay. My family and friends were very happy with the accommodations. I enjoyed my birthday so much. This is a great location for shopping and amusement. The views from the rooms are amazing.

We absolutely love the building, the location, and the atmosphere so much that we purchased for the second time at the Atlantis. We used to own a 2 br, 2 ba when we only had two children, but now that we have 4 we sold that unit and purchased this 3 bedroom, 3 bath.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We travelled to Ocean City since our youth and we fell in love with the Maryland beaches. We live in NJ but we find the beaches cleaner, the people nicer, the activities more inviting, and the overall experience incomparable.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Atlantis is in a perfect location. Its in the nicest part of Ocean City...close enough to all the restaurants and activities but far enough away from all the boardwalk drama. Also, being next door to the Clarion is perfect because we are only steps away from outdoor dining, swimming and entertainment.
