Welcome to Green Turtle Bay and Condo 101, lovingly called “The Lady A.” This newly updated one-bedroom retreat offers a cozy electric fireplace and private balconies off both the living room and bedroom, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching boats glide along the peaceful waterway. This condo has a regular/keurig coffee maker combo for those coffee lovers. Freshly painted in spring 2023, the condo features all-new furnishings, modern appliances, an outdoor gas grill, and a washer and dryer replaced in 2023. Sleep soundly on the new king-size mattress or the pullout sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. A swivel recliner in the bedroom and brand-new swivel rocker patio furniture, added in 2024, provide extra comfort for your stay. Plus, this unit is dog-friendly for pets up to 40 lbs, making “The Lady A” the perfect waterfront getaway.

Great Visit

Wonderful Stay at 101! Awesome Staff at GTB!

Cozy and Comfortable

We could not tell that it was a dog friendly unit, it was very clean. The back porch overlooking part of the harbor was a nice touch. The furniture out there was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable as well. I would recommend this unit and would stay here again. Ashley in the office so helpful and super nice.
