The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple outdoor grills located on each side of complex as well. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage I is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in a designated area in the back parking lot (opposite side of ocean)

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

The Anchorage is located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.

Myrtle Beach International Airport is a convenient 10-15 minute drive.

Cozy Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was exactly as the pictures showed! It was quite spacious for a two bedroom condo. It was very clean, had plenty kitchen items, and beach toys and chairs. The beds were comfy the master was a little firm to our liking. The view from the balcony was great we could see the pool and the ocean. Residents were friendly. The pool was quiet and relaxing. The beach was not crowded at all. The entire property was clean and well kept. It was an amazing trip! We will be back!

What a great place!!

We really loved our stay here. The location was great, easy access to the beach and a nice pool. The condo was clean and well kept, with all the necessities of a home away from home (we did bring our own pillows and blankets, because that’s what we like, but totally not necessary to bring your own). I really enjoyed how quiet it was, but still close enough to drive to various activities (amusements parks, go karting, and shopping). Being on the second floor didn’t pose a problem with transporting all our stuff from the car to the condo and back, as there was an elevator and we used our beach cart to move everything. For some reason there weren’t any potholders in the condo and when I contacted management they quickly brought some. Instructions for the facilities were clear and everything was as described. At one point the internet went out, and I notified management, who quickly responded and I was told it would be back up soon (which it was). My kids say that their favorite thing was access to the pool and to be able go in whenever they wanted. My oldest said that I should mention that the people on the floor above us could be a little loud with their walking and stomping, but it was never at bedtime, so we didn’t say anything. If given the opportunity we would consider staying here again.

Highly Recommend!

This unit was very clean on arrival. Atheistically pleasing and uncluttered. What I loved the most was the easy access to the super clean beach and not having to use dirty elevators. Down a few steps to everything. Would stay here again.

Perfect for our family!

Great space! Pictures were accurate. Ocean right across the street and the heated pool was great for the kids. Not far from all the fun things Myrtle Beach has to offer. Would book again!

My Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the condo! It was my first time having a condo to myself, I had always been in a condo with my daughter and her family before. I really enjoyed it. The condo was beautiful, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was so clean. The kitchen was beautiful and very nicely decorated. I always notice the kitchen first and I was so impressed when I first saw it. Next I love to see the Master BR and Bath. Both were so beautiful. There was nothing I disliked about the condo. I did have a little trouble opening the sliding glass door out of the family room. I'm not saying this as a complaint, I'm just saying someone might need to check it and see if the latch needs lubricating or something. It took both my hands for me to pull it open!

Grandkids Fall Break

Was very pleased with Anchorage I......my parents spent 16 winters there ... from around 1980 -1996.....liked the time spent then and thought my grandkids would like it now..... they loved their time in Myrtle.

great time.

The condo was so clean and so beautifully decorated we really enjoyed the stay. Easy access to the beach and even the weather cooperated to make my mini vacation perfect. Had a small problem that was taken care of quickly. I have no problem recommending this place to anybody. Thank You
