I can't say enough about this house. The location was perfect. The house was amazing, the views were amazing. You felt very welcomed as soon as you stepped thru the door. The snack basket and waters were a bonus. The hosts thought of every common essential that you need. The cleanliness was immaculate. Anyone thinking of this property for a rental I highly recommend. We would Def. stay again. Kudos to the hosts and thank you for sharing your home.

Enjoyable Stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! This home is comfortable and the manager is on site and was very responsive to our needs. The home is close to downtown with lots of fun restaurants and shopping. The hot tub was a hit!

A wonderful, special place

My sister and I loved how pristine the property is, and the pretty, sunny views. We had all we needed to make our stay very relaxing and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Great place to stay

Property was clean and well stocked. Check in was easy and communication was great. We spent most of our time out hiking and seeing the beautiful state of Colorado but it was great having a cozy place to come back to after a long day out. The location is great, plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Thank you!

Comfortable stay

This place was a great location for us as my son only lives 3 miles away. Only 5 mins drive to downtown too. Close enough to everywhere we wanted to go but still had a small town feel about it. Very comfortable place to stay, maybe would have liked an additional arm chair in the family room but we managed. Manager very accommodating to all our needs. Would stay again.

Fantastic Spot

This place came exactly as described and in amazing condition. The place was clean and had plenty of items in the kitchen. The property manager was kind and made sure the walk was shoveled when we arrived. The view of Castle Rock was also spectacular.

This home is great for gathering family local and out of town. The kitchen is well equiped and made it a pleasure to cook for all of us. The location was great as we were very close to the venues we were going to.

The house work well close to Grand Kids allowed us to spend time with them - TV options allowed us to watch spiderman - their favorite Marvel character.

Wish I could’ve stayed longer

Everything was great, from checking in to checking out. Clear instructions, beautiful & well stocked! They even had a small basket of snacks for us upon arrival! Very comfortable! Location was perfect for our trips to Denver & Colorado Springs. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
