Available for two to 4 months each year from January through April, and Sometimes from September through mid November. Turnkey ready, with all the amenities. Three blocks to charming and historic old downtown Castle Rock breweries, restaurants, co-working space, Festival Park, shopping, and many fun year round events. 20 minutes to Denver Tech Center. 41 minutes to Denver Airport. Right across street from dedicated biking/walking trail running full length of Castle Rock north to south. Half block to tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, pool (summer). Half mile to The Rock Open Space, with hiking trails to top.
New custom home, with very large windows with abundance of natural light . Ideal for a couple, with a comfortable Master bedroom and a econd bedroom used as a den. The den does have a sofa bed that can accommodate occasional overnight guests. Full baths each have a tub as well as shower. Bonus dedicated office space with desk and printer (and nice view : ). Large flat screen TVs in both living areas (brand new 65 inch Roku tv in main living room and brand new 54 inch Flat screen in Den). Small flat screen tv in kitchen. Attached garage with electronic opener. Spacious laundry room. Large custom kitchen with gas range, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and walk in pantry. Keyless (keypad) locks. Not only close to downtown, but walkable to Castle Rock Recreation Center, Library, post office, UPS store, etc.. Spacious double lot in charming neighborhood with mature landscaping - no identical cookie-cutter houses here! Walkable and friendly. Large front terrace with seating in both shade and sun - nice even in winter months when the sun is shining. Backyard patio is sheltered from the wind and can even be nice on sunny winter days, This is one unit of a duplex that was designed to provide architectural privacy to each unit. Each unit has its own private and separate entrances, porches, decks, patios and yards, none of which are visible from the other side of the duplex.

Fabulous Stay - beautiful home

Fell in love with this property! More lovely than even the pictures! Wonderful location to downtown Castle Rock where there were many community events we could participate in - and there are excellent restaurants - within easy walking distance. The actual Castle Rock is visible from the home and a very nice hike. They owner could not be more helpful or communicative. She cares for her property and those who are fortunate enough to stay in it. Everything you could ask for was provided. It was so comfortable staying there! Trains do go through the town at night so if you are sensitive to noise, I'd recommend ear plugs - however, I understand developers are undertaking a project that will negate train horns at night! My daughter, her husband and our new grandchild live in Castle Rock so I am hopeful that I will be able to rent this wonderful home again. I would not have any hesitation to do so!

I absolutely love this neighborhood! So does everyone else! Just three blocks to downtown and just a couple blocks to the Plum Creek Trail system, where there is an abundance of wildlife and which will take you all over Castle Rock by foot or bike. If you want to experience a real community - versus a cookie cutter house in a subdivision where all the houses appear as slightly different versions of the same architectural visions - you will love this!

Why they chose this property

charming, tons of natural light, very inviting outdoor spaces, every single room is super comfortable and inviting. This is all new construction (as of 2021) with the exception of a small partial footprint of the original older home (about 1/4 of the current sq footage) that was completely redone. Keeping it added charm.

What makes this property unique

You will never be bored in this neck of the woods! Bike trails, hiking trails, walkable many parks and to all the fun downtown spots (and there are a lot of them)!
Plus, it truly has many amenities that you would not find in a typical rental. it is furnished for maximum comfort and efficiency.
