We purchased this property in Spring of 2017 to use as our own getaway and vacation rental. We strive to have it feel as warm and friendly as possible. We personally stay at many other vacation rentals and think we know what it will take to make you feel at home and comfortable during your stay. Check out our Reviews.... Why Nick & Terra chose Pine
Will fell in love with this Beam and Post construction and stone fireplace. The outdoor living area is unmatched. Pine is a fabulous artsy location with a small town feel.
What makes this Cabin unique
Only a few blocks to the Tonto National Forest. Spectacular views from the front, back and side yards. Easy access and conveniently close to town while still be far enough away for privacy and serenity.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Travelers must load and run dishwasher, clean out all ashes from both fireplaces (no hot embers left), Clean BBQ if used, and leave used beds unmade.
Pick up Pet Waste and clean up messes if Applicable. Maximum of 2 Dogs total, No Cats or other pets allowed. Pets are $75 ea per stay with approval.
Check water level in Hot Tub to be sure it has not fallen below the upper LED light level after use. Add water so even with LED lights if needed.
