We had a fantastic time staying here. the location is close to a train stop, which was convenient as we did not rent a car. The house was very clean and the views from the place are amazing and we had plenty of space to spread out with our family of 5. Would definitely recommend this place.

Such a lovely clean home with fabulous and breathtaking views on our patio. Host was super in communicating anytime we reached out. There were 5 adults and all rooms were very comfortable and all agreed this home was a grand start to our vacation!Close to trains and easy drives from the home - we would definitely stay here again!

Interlaken trip

We spent four nights in this beautiful location and it was a great way to visit the entire region. We were able to go up and see snow at Jungfraujoch as well as swim in the lake (which was just a short walk from the property). We also really enjoyed the foosball table and the wonderful patio.

Beautiful home with beautiful, majestic views! We rented a car so it was easy to find, easy to park and a great base camp to visit the surrounding area. Kitchen well appointed - ate dinner and breakfast on the back deck. Stunning!

Outstanding lake view and comfortable stay in a beautiful home! I would definitely stay here again. As you would expect for a mountain-side home, there are many stairs - up to the front door and main living area/kitchen, and up to the bedrooms. Check in and check out were remote and easy.

We stayed in this property 10 days in mid July. Coming from the US, having found a property with air conditioning was amazing. The entire house was super clean with labels in English so we had no issues finding things or figuring out switches. The wifi worked perfectly. The view and deck area were our favorites and walking to swim in Lake Brienz. Very convenient location and quiet being away from large towns. Being able to do laundry was a plus so we didn't have to over pack and the water pressure in the showers was great. The host left some basic food staples for us to make a meal our frist night. We drank refreshing cold water from the sink faucet which we don't do in the US. We miss all the fresh, cold mountain water in Switzerland. We highly recommend this property. 10/10 no doubt!!

The property was awesome. As described, the front had a stunning view looking right over the lake. It was relaxing after a day of activities to just grab a drink and sit out on the patio. We were thrilled to see a double rainbow right over the lake after some rain passed through the area. It was brighter than any rainbow I've ever seen. This was the best labeled rental I've ever stayed at. Since there were labels on everything, you didn't have to search all over to find things. We did find the beds a bit firm compared to what we like, and the towels could use a refresh. It's a short 5-minute walk to the train station which has a train going to Interlaken once an hour. The host provided Interlaken public transportation vouchers which includes the train. The host was very communicative with early check-in instructions as well as recommendations when we asked for them. One thing to note if you're driving to the property. If you're coming from Interlaken, the driveway is a 180-degree turn to the left with an immediate ramp up to the property. We missed it twice so now you don't have too as well.We would definitely stay here again!

amazing views

We had a very pleasent stay at the chalet. place was spotlessly clean. there were 8 of us and we had ample space to spread out and enjoy the views from the terrace and the balcony... the location overlooking lake Brienz and the mountains in the back are just breathtaking. the dedicated parking for 2 cars are also a big plus for anyone travelling with cars, which we were.the one thing i would like to comment on is that in the online listing it stated that the unit had air conditioning, in fact there were only fans. i would just correct this, its not a big deal during mid june, when we were there. But had a bit of a warmer weather during our stay, so I noticed this. I think in july or august people would really miss it since its stated in the amenities list.also when we got there the room used for hanging the laundry was still full with linens and towels, so i folded them so we can use the space to do the laundry. but this was not a big deal.

Hi Adrian, Thanks for your feedback. After your stay, I updated the online listing to add air conditioning, because after your stay we realised that some days are a bit hot, so we added 1 air conditioning in 1 bedroom (which could also help to cool other bedrooms) . Other bedrooms have fans and big windows which when kept open, help the fresh air to flow through. We have in all 6 fans in the Chalet. Regarding the laundry, you are right, after every chkout, we wash all linens and towels and put them to dry in the separate dedicated laundry room. once they have dried, you can fold them and use the laundry room to wash and dry your clothes, if needed.

The location of this property was ideal. The lake views are stunning, and we enjoyed every minute! The house was very clean and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Even though there was a heat wave during our visit, the A/C kept us cool. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this as a central location in this region of Switzerland.
