-The living room features a 50” flat-screen TV, and the couch includes built-in USB ports for convenient charging of phones and tablets.

-Dining Area: Eat in kitchen with portable oven (cooks 7lb turkey), induction stove (Direction on usage of stove and oven available in apartment binder), refrigerator, microwave, and coffee brewer. Refrigerator has a BRITA filter pitcher for your convenience. Stocked with cutlery, plates, bowls, coffee cups and glasses. Feel free to use whatever you see around the kitchen, condiments, tea, coffee, etc.

-1 bathroom stocked with towels, wash cloths, make up towels, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper.

-Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a large closet, and dresser for extra storage. Nightstand has the convivence of charging ports (Sleeps 2)

-Living Room- Sofa with built in USB ports

Our house is professionally cleaned for your stay. Beds will be made with fresh linens. Enjoy the comfort of a clean and clutter-free apartment.

Guest access:
The basement suite will be exclusively for your use during the stay. The host lives above the apartment on site, in case any needs arise you have the peace of mind that any matter will be handled swiftly.

Please let us know your estimated arrival/departure times so that we can plan accordingly. We will offer flexible check in/out times when possible but we need time between guests for a thorough cleaning. Standard check-out is 11:00 AM and check-in after 4:00 PM.

Other things to note:
-NO SMOKING/VAPING. NO GATHERING/PARTIES. No recreational drugs. No open flames. Per CITY ORDINANCE, outside noise or emanating from the dwelling must be minimized by 10:00 pm. Avoid disturbing neighbors. You will be asked to leave immediately if you violate these rental terms and no refund will be issued for your reservation.

-NO SMOKING/VAPING. A $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit if smoking occurs on the property.

-NO PARTY/GATHERING. Parties and gatherings are not permitted according to the short-term rental permit and City ordinances. If a party, loud gathering, or disturbance does occur, or if neighbors or other guests call for a disturbance, you will be charged $800 and will be evicted immediately.

-Exterior video/audio security camera always ON viewing driveway and one viewing the front door. No other camera on premises. Cameras are not monitored for guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by guests.

-A limited supply of shampoo, toilet papers, paper towels, dish detergent, hand soap and trash bags will be provided. If you need additional supplies during your stay. Stop and Shop, and convenience stores are located less than 5 min away.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Owners reside on site.


We ask that you leave the house tidy and in good order. Additional cleaning fee may be applied if deep cleaning is required. Upon check-out, make sure the kitchen is tidy, and all furniture are put back to its original locations.

Some areas might not be suitable to guests over 6ft tall.
