Esta es una casa de dos niveles, toda la planta superior está disponible para alquiler. Vivo en la planta baja. Estas son unidades totalmente separadas con entrada privada cada una. El patio trasero es un paraíso escondido en los meses de verano y es exclusivo para los huéspedes. Sin embargo, mantengo la piscina y el paisaje. El lugar es espacioso, limpio y bien cuidado en una calle tranquila en un barrio agradable.

Eight Hycrest Drive está bellamente decorado y tiene mucha luz. Su cocina es grande, con electrodomésticos modernos, encimeras de granito y todo lo que necesita para cocinar. ¡Usted amaría la estufa de la inducción!

El baño tiene una bañera / ducha y dos lavabos con buen almacenamiento.

Los pisos son de madera dura, con detalles interesantes como molduras de corona. La combinación de salón-comedor tiene una chimenea de gas insert para el ambiente y el calor.

El patio trasero es un paraíso privado! Aquí verá paisajes coloridos, incluyendo un estanque de peces con agua que fluye entre rocas y plantas de todo tipo. En el verano se puede disfrutar de una piscina en el suelo con calefacción solar, tumbonas, el gazebo y parrilla.

Su casa tiene todas las necesidades y mucho más: Tendrá una moderna lavadora y secadora de carga frontal, (disponible con un mínimo de 2 semanas de estancia) comedor abierto-sala de estar, grandes armarios y grandes ventanas. La calefacción de la placa base es eficiente (gas) y el agua es por un tanque de gas menos agua caliente, por lo que el agua caliente es económica y sin fin.

Host was very responsive, guides on how to use or find things made orientation quick. King size bed was in good condition (didn't sleep in the other beds), mattress did not sag. Overall house was clean, smelled fresh, and was well laid out. Loved the Nespresso machine and the washer/dryer combo is easy to use. The 4-star rating for family friendly is because the property is upstairs and not child proofed for very young children, but that was made clear in the description. I did not bring young children, so it did not affect my stay. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet, I felt safe running outside in the early dawn hours.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Zen Garden RetreatThe Zen Garden Retreat was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was even better than the already stunning photos and descriptions—something that rarely happens. Every detail of the home and yard exceeded our expectations.Glenn and Tania’s hospitality and communication were beyond excellent. I had a last-minute need to order something for my son, who we were bringing to college, and Glenn immediately stepped in to help without hesitation. That level of care and attentiveness made us feel so welcomed and taken care of.What really stood out were the small details throughout the home. The bathroom was fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine—especially the high-quality shampoo and conditioner, which I loved! The kitchen was also thoughtfully equipped and even included snacks and treats, which was such a kind and personal touch.The outdoor space is pure serenity. The pool is beautiful, the fire table made for cozy evenings, and the gentle sounds of the river feature running alongside the house added to the peaceful vibe. It truly felt like a retreat.Thank you so much, Glenn, Tania, and Bob, for creating such a special space. We will absolutely be back!

This was an outstanding rental property and we would highly recommend it. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The house had everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, huge screen for watching TV, lovely bedrooms. The garden and pool area was amazing, beautifully kept, a stream/waterfall, and gorgeous flowers. The pool was huge, with sparking water, and very warm (86-88 degrees on most days). The patio area was perfect for relaxing and pool lilos/toys were even provided too! We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts, they were easy to contact and responded really quickly to any queries we had. The location is ideal for exploring massachusetts and beyond, with many restaurants and shops nearby. We had a very relaxing stay and look forward to returning in the future.

5-Star ReviewI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hidden gem in Worcester, MA, near WPI, while my son and his friend attended a week-long STEM camp. I was searching for a place that would allow them to come home and enjoy a pool, and this location exceeded all expectations!As a parent who wanted to work while the kids were busy, I found this space to be the perfect sanctuary. The outdoor area is a unique escape from the city, filled with the soothing sounds of chirping birds—a true oasis for the soul. It provided me with the perfect environment to unwind and reconnect with myself, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.The ambiance was invigorating, and the serene, beautifully landscaped surroundings were just what I needed. I’m so grateful to have discovered this place and cannot wait to return!A special shout-out to Glenn, the co-host, who was phenomenal. He presented great ideas and expertly explained how to use all the integrated electronics, including the speakers and TV projector with surround sound, making my experience even more enjoyable. Glenn and Tania are onto something special, this more of an experience than a stay.. Overall, this is a fantastic spot that I highly recommend!

ZenZone Gardens was the just the perfect, relaxing place for our visit to Worcester. The house is clean and equipped with every appliance you could possibly need from washer and dryer to barbecue grill to jacuzzi tub to toaster and electric kettle. The weather was cold, (it snowed twice in April!!) but inside was nice and warm. The gas fireplace provided the perfect ambiance. Having an off street parking place was appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was close to where we needed to go - West Boylston and downtown Worcester. There are tons of restaurants and a grocery store within a few minutes drive. The veggie burger at O’Connors Irish Pub was incredible ! Communication with Tania and Glenn was excellent. Glenn met us shortly after we arrived to show us around the place and answer any questions we had. It was a lot of fun interacting with him. Thanks Glenn! They have really gone above and beyond to try to anticipate their visitors needs and to make you feel welcome. We highly recommend ZenZone Gardens would definitely stay there again.

A Modern Zen Oasis

Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, this beautiful 3 bedroom is warm & inviting. The house features an ultra modern setup with Siri speakers throughout in every room, induction stove, remote controlled fireplace, projection TV, etc.There are QR codes to go with every aminity, so you're never at a loss. Best of all, though, are the hosts. Glenn, who is on-site, was available through out our stay, whether to offer advice, take in a package that was delivered, or even share an Amazon link to one of the home's amenities that I particularly liked. This truly was a home away from home.

Hosts that anticipate every need!

The hosts are extremely responsive and really have tried to make sure that absolutely any need you might have is met. The outside is especially lovely and the property is very quiet. The main (king) bed is very soft. It was great to have so much nice storage space in the bedrooms.

The Zen House was truly magical!

Our two week stay at the Zen House was truly magical! The hosts were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even have a very organized handbook that was an excellent resource. When we arrived there was homemade brazilian cheesey bread, which, who doesn’t want a yummy snack after a long trip? As well as someone to greet you and take the heaviest suitcase up the steps for you? Glenn was very kind and dependable. Was always available but never intrusive. The purpose of our trip was stressful - our only child spending his first 2 weeks away from home for a pre-college program. We needed a VRBO location that was close to his college and also was an anxiety soothing experience. The house and grounds were perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was just spectacular! Every tool or cooking device was not only there, but topline brands. The speakers throughout the house allowed for us to have relaxing music playing. Comfortably beautiful and highly functional. The backyard is truly an oasis. The pictures do not do the peaceful enchantment justice. I was working from “home” during our trip and being able to sit in the kitchen or patio and hear the babbling brook with small birds taking baths, the rustle of the tall privacy trees, and the gorgeous landscaping made for a much needed supportive and lovely environment. The pool was spiritual - it was well cared for and very clean. The lighting inside and out was not only helpful when dark, but set an atmosphere of warmth. Lovely!

Our son is going to WPI and we needed a place to stay for family event with the school. Overall we loved the property - cool decor with Turkish lamps, artwork, plants, and interesting gardens, home accents, etc. Every detail is covered including 100+ home manual, city guide, and QR code links on how to use everything. We loved the giant projection TV for watching Top Gun. We also played some of the board games as family that were provided. Convenient location to WPI, local stores, etc. We plan to stay again. Great experience at this comfy home!

Stayed here to attend a friend’s wedding and associated parties. The location was perfect and just minutes from all of the events. The house was very clean and had every convenience we needed. It was so much nicer and more affordable than the two adjoining hotel rooms we were pricing! Communication with the owner/manager was awesome! Glenn gave us several great recommendations for restaurants, and he was very communicative during our stay, checking in via text to see if we needed anything! I could tell the grounds and pool would be beautiful during warmer months! The dedicated parking was very convenient and well lit at night. Wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!!

Tranquil in the City

We needed a place for 5 people to do schooling and work while my husband tended to his ill family member. We lucked out finding this pristine listing! It was cheaper than the hotels we had looked at and had so many amenities. The check in process was quick and easy and the communication was top notch. Would love to bring my family back during the summer to vacation. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home!

Great experience

The home was beautiful and very well equipped. They had the heat running and everything was very well kept. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. Mr. Pape was very helpful and gave us a full tour of all the functions for all of the smart devices as well as a list of all local activities that were near the home. I would definitely stay there again

We loved the house, location, and area. We did most of our active vacationing driving to Boston or Plymouth. But home base was everything we could hope for when it comes to pleasant relaxation.

Lovely Jewel of a home

All was smooth sailing for every aspect of our stay. Communication with Tania and Glenn was superb before, during and after. The house well suited our stay for our son’s college graduation. I wish the weather was a bit nicer so we could have enjoyed the pool and welcoming outdoor area, but Glenn and Tania made sure it was ready for us nonetheless. Hope to be back in Worcester to enjoy this property!

5 stars is not enough!

My sons and I visited end of Jan / begin Feb '22 for a week. Our purpose was to visit family and play in the snow. We had a BLAST!!! Words fail me to fully describe how PERFECT our week was at Tania's and Glenn's home. The VRBO site was user friendly and detailed. I felt the price was extremely reasonable especially considering all the amenities. The photos are beautiful but simply do not do this gorgeous home justice. Its perfectly decorated, colors are just right, Turkish accents are so beautiful, hard wood floors are pristine, and honestly it felt like we were staying in a home from a magazine! Communication before, during, and after our stay was great. From their written material, travel guide, travel tips, how to dress for snow, emergency preparedness, to their personal texts and emails we felt well informed and that these homeowners were thorough and on top of all possibilities. Glenn went above and beyond with his generosity. He received our shipped packages, had the kitchen perfectly stocked for us, even the fire place was on when we arrived. Everything was top notch, the kitchen appliances were very high end, the mattresses and linens were luxurious, music of choice in every room a projection TV that made us feel like we were in the theater, no physical keys to keep track of, every window scene was a winter wonderland, towel warmers in the bathroom, toiletries were stocked, a convenient, retractable clothes line over the jacuzzi tub, high end washer and dryer, they thought of EVERYTHING! I can't even describe all the details. I was super amazed. I can't recommended this beautiful retreat enough. We hope to visit again. Maybe in the summer to enjoy the pool. Wonderful

From start to finish Tania and Glenn have been great. Even helping us with food when our flight was cancelled. The house is soooooo much better than the pictures. Well appointed and in a lovely peaceful location. It looks gorgeous lit up at night too. We had a lovely stay, slept really well in comfy bed, the house had everything we could have wanted and more. Thanks for all your friendly help and hospitality, we hope to return in the summer so we can make use of the lovely garden and pool.

Lovely home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this home. It was beautifully decorated, welcoming and comfortable. We felt right at home. The location was convenient and quiet. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the very comfortable beds, and the projection TV. We did admire the river pond which could be easily viewed from the dining room window. Had we been there in the summer, we would have enjoyed spending time in the beautiful and peaceful backyard and swimming pool.

Your vacation home is conveniently located right off (three minutes) of Highway 290 with quick access to Routes 85, Route 20, Route 495, Route 2 and, the Mass Pike (Route 90). Access to UMASS, major hospitals and colleges is within 5 to 10 minutes driving. Five minutes to public lakes. The neighborhood is super quiet, well maintained. The house is on a little hill with New England stone walls. I fell in love with it.

This home is decorated by me, maintained super clean and in mint condition. I've invested many small touches, created every convenience, opened its layout, filled it with light, plants, artwork and decor from world travels. Work office equipped with modern laser jet printer/scanner.

Its kitchen is huge, very well equipped (!) and with modern appliances, granite countertops, kitchen island, two sinks, it's everything you need to cook on a deluxe induction stove/double oven under Turkish chandeliers.

In a very quiet neighborhood, I've created a PRIVATE peaceful haven with soothing sounds and pleasing sights. A place to retreat and also to commune with others. Fenced-in, landscaped, hardscaped, well-lit, with a flower-filled yard to both please the senses and also create a place for entertaining, relaxing, a conversation. A pool for fun, a gentle waterfall with a stream whose sights and sounds cocoon you. Well appointed inside and out with multiple sitting areas, dining table, grills, Zen fire table, shady pergola.

Located IN Worcester itself (second largest city in New England) and in central MA, just off 290, Boston is an hour away; within 30 minutes from many festivals summer through fall, and 30 minutes from skiing at Mount Wachusett and many winter sports in winter.

My place is good for solo adventurers, couples, couples w/friends & family and business travelers.
