Questa proprietà si trova sul blocco spiaggia, questa casa privata a 3 piani di 3800 piedi quadrati ha tre livelli con ascensore ed è perfetta per vacanze in famiglia A soli 4 immobili dalla spiaggia con un sacco di parcheggio e spiagge protette da bagnino. c'è un garage per una macchina. La casa dispone di aria condizionata e riscaldamento a 3 zone. casa ha accesso a Internet WI FI. Nuovi tappeti in tutte le camere, nuovi pavimenti in legno. tasto home presenta meno accessi.

Il primo piano:
L'ingresso dalla porta d'ingresso al largo del patio Paver si apre in una grande camera familiare, con due ampie camere da letto (letto king-size e due letti full size con ventilatori a soffitto), bagno completo. grande TV, lettore Blu Ray DVD, tavolo da shuffleboard per il tuo divertimento, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice con ingresso nel garage.

Il secondo piano:
Dispone di una grande cucina ad isola con sei sgabelli da bar, ripiani in granito e nuovo frigorifero LG in acciaio inossidabile, lavastoviglie e piano cottura con piano cottura. Ampia zona pranzo con tavolo alto e sedie per 8 persone. Soggiorno con soffitto a vassoio e ventilatore a soffitto, camino a gas, grande TV, lettore Blu-ray DVD / CD con stereo e un grande ponte esterno esterno con grill. Ci sono anche due camere da letto (un letto matrimoniale e due full size con ventilatori a soffitto) e un bagno completo con vasca.

Il terzo piano:
Suite matrimoniale con molte grandi finestre, letto king size, soffitto a volta con ventilatore a soffitto, grande TV da 50 'e bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio e spa con 6 soffioni. Il terzo piano dispone anche di divano letto matrimoniale estraibile, scrivania e sedia rilegata in pelle con ponti anteriori e posteriori con vista sull'oceano.

Great location and great house

Perfect location next to Brigantine beach, house was perfect for a group of friends, lots of space, well-equipped, clean, nice outdoor spaces; I could imagine coming back here!

Great Beach House

Beautiful house located on the beach block in Brigantine. We have been staying in Brigantine for years, and this was easily one of the nicest places we stayed. Plenty of room for our whole family. Great communication from the owner. Would stay again!

Great house in great location

We had a lot of fun going to the beach and having family meals together with our kids and grandkids. We road bikes everyday. We shared our vacation by visiting with my sister and her family on 29th street. Steve’s house had everything we needed for the week.

60th Birthday Celebrations

Spectacular home Clean Inviting Space for everyone. The home accommodated 5 generations of us adults & teens & elementary school children. The oldest being 76. Close to the beach & AC activities.Beautiful views from the balconies. Although the weather was a bit chilly & rainy the children flew kites on the beach. I would definitely recommend this beach home for an amazing getaway to the shore.

Oh what a few nights … late December back in 23

A number of things to like about this property … prime location (close to Atlantic City, grocery store, liquor store) and the house itself (was able to accommodate 13 from 4 families). Our family got together to enjoy the holidays. Obviously not a prime time for tourists but was perfect for us. House was recently painted and some other work also being done so was in great shape.

A great beach house

Our 3 adult children, their spouses and 3 grandchildren had a good time there. The setup was terrific as was the decor. Well supplied rental and helpful owners when a problem arose. Good location too. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Summer 2023

All 12 of us enjoyed this large, three story, amazing home. It is better than the pictures. We came in from Illinois, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. It was great to not only have towels and linens but paper products too. There is a short, pleasant walk to the beach but no street to cross. There is a shopping center and a grocery store less than a mile away. I am hoping this property is available next year.

Amazing family getaway

Our extended family and friends enjoyed a lovely, relaxing week at this amazing house in Brigantine. The place was very clean and well-equipped. It provided plenty of space for our large group, and the open floor plan was great for hosting large dinners. The two separate TV/living rooms also gave teenagers their own space to hang. Outside offered just enough room to play corn hole, and we were able to park 3 cars on the property. The location is amazing and the beach is just a few minute walk down the path, which is practically outside the door. It's also a short bike ride to the bagel shop, Acme, WaWa and other stores, and the kids could walk over to the park to play basketball or skateboard. The host's response time was immediate. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Girls weekend

We stayed here for a girls weekend. Overall the space is very large, with plenty of room for all 13 of us to spread out. Each of the 3 bathrooms were spacious. The walk to the beach is a bit longer than typical at other beaches but we didn’t mind it! Just as a heads up if there is someone with mobility challenges. The only downside was that we found some of the kitchen items to be dirty upon our arrival (old food stuck on plates, etc.) but we had brought paper and plastic goods so we were fine. Some of their beach chairs were broken so please plan accordingly when packing for a larger group, you will need to supply your own partially. This house is great for a large group.

Wonderful Home - Perfect Location

None of us had ever been to Brigantine, NJ before. We were looking for a house that could accommodate our large group and this place was perfect. We had more than enough room! They layout was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for cooking meals for a large group as well as linens for the beds and towels for the bathrooms. We hope to return to Brigantine soon, a very lovely place!"

The beaches are not crowded, Surfing friendly beaches is It's a very friendly community, Short 5 minute drive to Atlantic City (cab service reliable and quick), Brigantine is quiet yet not far from all the Action Atlantic City has to offer.

Golf Course, Atlantic City night life, Drive Your SUV on the Beach, surfing is welcome, Brigantine Restaurants are great! Shark Park located on 26th St. & Brigantine Ave. is a great place for the kids!
BRIGANTINE Island:
There is plenty to do here. just a few things we love to enjoy, the short walk to our non crowed beach or you can drive your SUV onto the drive on beaches. Brigantine Golf Links in a short drive on the island, over 20 restaurants to choose from. Aunt B's Ice cream shop! The Shark Park on 26th St. & Brigantine Ave is always a joy for the kids. a short 2 block walk or bike ride is the new Brigantine Community Education and Recreation center here you will find Tennis courts, basketball courts a baseball & football fields, 2 Street Hockey rinks, Skateboard Park , Bocce court, Soccer and much more!

Atlantic city is only a 5 minute drive over the Brigantine bridge enjoy the Casinos, AC boardwalk featuring Ripley's Believe It or Not! and Family amusement and theme park with rides also Tanger Outlet Centers offer 38 shopping outlet malls and more than 400 brand name factory outlet stores! we hope you enjoy your stay in this Pristine home.
