PADDLE BOARDS ARE AVAILABLE FROM END OF JUNE TO END OF SEPTEMBER; CANOE IS AVAILABLE FROM MAY TO OCTOBER.

NOTE : RIVER LEVEL DROPS FROM MID JULY TO MID AUGUST.
GUESTS WILL NEED TO NOTE THAT DURING A WARM AND DRY SUMMER WATER LEVEL DROPS IN FRONT OF PROPERTY FROM MID JULY THROUGH MID AUGUST REACHING ABOUT KNEE HIGH. RIVER GETS DEEPER PAST THAT POINT ALLOWING CANOE/PADDLE BOARDS TO BE USED. BOTTOM OF RIVER IS SANDY WITH STONES IN SOME AREAS, WATER SHOES ARE A MUST.

NOTE : THERE IS A SMALL ROAD ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE RIVER USED BY OWNERS TO GET TO THEIR PROPERTIES

This property overlooks a calm river - Boulé River. It has a private entrance and measures a few acres making it feel very private.
