The home has a fully fenced yard and multiple built-in gates on the deck to let your dog explore the yard and/or porch area. The home is also fully ADA compliant with a ramp, wide doors, lever door handles and a zero-entry shower.

Primary bedroom- With views overlooking the river, the primary features a king-sized bed, smart TV and an adjoining bathroom with a double vanity and a large zero-entry shower. This bedroom and attached bath are fully ADA compliant.

Second bedroom- The views of the river continue! This room also features a king-sized bed and smart TV.

Third bedroom- With views of the yard and porch, this room features a queen-sized bed as well as a smart TV.

Hall Bath- Full bathroom with tub/shower combo and double vanity easily accessible to bedrooms 2 and 3

Living room- Open to the kitchen/dining area, the living room boasts a large comfy couch and loveseat, one recliner, and a 55 inch TV (the loveseat was added after photos taken)

Kitchen/Dining- Fully stocked with all the supplies you could need to enjoy a night in! With a gas range and quality cookware, this kitchen is perfect for the chef in the family. Just a few steps away, the dining area features banquette seating for the whole family.

Laundry Room- Brand new stackable washer/dryer with large counter and utility sink with direct access to the back porch and kitchen.

Outdoors- Wrap around deck with large covered front section featuring dining and lounging areas and a propane grill. Down a short flight of stairs, you’ll find a secure yard with full privacy fencing. There are several built-in gates so that you can block access to either the yard or porch areas if needed.

Riverfront- Have lunch at the riverside picnic table or relax on the two person swing overlooking the rolling waters of the "Tuck". Camping chairs are also provided for additional seating and the river bank. ***There is a road between the home and the river so please take caution when crossing.

Fishing- A North Carolina fishing license must be obtained prior to fishing in the Tuckaseegee River. There are certain restrictions at different times of the year so please reach out to myself and/or a local outfitter for more information
