Parking was easy and secure and we always enjoy staying here. This is our 2nd stay and the owner responds to my messages quickly. We love the location and we brought our kids with us this time so it was nice having a kitchen with everything we needed to bake cookies.
Great location! Very nice space with lots of room, nice bathrooms and nice sized bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! Great communication! I highly recommend!!
Me and my family loved staying here the place was so beautiful and just like the pictures. Me and my parent's were so comfortable and just perfect for our weekend getaway. We came to town for a family party and this location was so ideal and parking location was ideal. Communication with the host was prompt if I had a question but they provided all information when I booked. Definitely will be booking again with them.
Everything was great. Daughter and I liked the park close by with all the dogs. House was conveniently located for downtown and stores.

This might be a good fit for those with pets, but otherwise use caution. Aside of the insect issue that I’ll detail below, which might have been bad timing, the odor is that of a strong scented perfume with undertones of pet urine. After checking in, we discovered ants all over the kitchen and throughout the main floor. We use the kitchen of the places we stay at, so sanitation is important. After contacting the host, here was his reply verbatim “ Im really sorry to hear that. It just got warm in Reno so here come the ants. I would hardly call that an infestation. As instructed in the guest book, there is bug spray under the kitchen sink. I will contact my property management to provide pest control. Thank you for the heads up.” We provided pictures and documentation and told him we were vacating, but did not receive any further communication. No message. No call. Nothing other than a generic message at the end of the stay asking for a positive review. We called VRBO to rectify and they couldn’t get him to respond either, but since he sent the one message, he didn’t qualify as a non-responsive host. Unfortunately, VRBO was unable to assist with a refund, as they would need the host to initiate a refund.

I was absolutely responsive. I couldn't give you a refund because you didn't cancel your booking leaving it unbookable for any other guests. This is a VRBO issue. Ants happen, it's how you reacted. This is the first time the property has ever had an ant problem. I have guests currently staying there with no issues. I am currently staying at a place in Mexico and there are ants literally everywhere, multiple species of ants, I'm not tripping.
We planned our trip around the Reno Rodeo and wanted a home base that put us right in the heart of the action—and this gem delivered! Nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood, the property was just a short stroll to Midtown and the scenic River Walk, with the rodeo grounds only a quick Uber ride away. The location couldn’t have been more ideal for exploring all corners of Reno. Inside, the home felt fresh, modern, and immaculately clean. The layout was perfect for our group of four—two spacious upstairs bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, plus a convenient half bath downstairs.Evenings were best spent unwinding on the cozy back patio, soaking in the peaceful vibe of the neighborhood. Whether you're in town for events or just to explore, this place is a fantastic find. Highly recommend it for your next Reno adventure!
