You too can strike gold by booking this place. This condo is on the second floor of a two-story building, accessed by stairs. It is completely remodeled and was built in the early 80s. This apartment measures a little over 919 sqft but feels larger due to its open concept.
We manage each aspect of your stay, so you can count on reliable, consistent service from booking to check-out while enjoying a self-directed experience. We provide:

Bedrooms

Each bedroom has an LG - 60" LED 4K Smart webOS TV, which is mounted on a Sanus - premium series advanced tilt. It comes with complimentary Netflix. The beds are staged with Serta pillows and have a Luxurious Goose Down fiber comforter. Bed sheets are Ultra-Soft Double, 1800 thread count, and 100% Brushed microfiber fabric.
Rooms also have a dedicated workspace.
2 bedrooms in total. Master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed.

Livingroom

The living room has a LG - 75" LED 4K Smart webOs TV, which is attached to a Sanus - premium series advanced full-motion TV mount. Also, included is complimentary Netflix.
Livingroom also has a queen sofa sleeper that fits two comfortably.

Bathrooms

Each bathroom has a luxury shower panel with a built-in LED temperature display, LED overhead rainfall showerhead, adjustable high-powered body massage jets, tub spout, and a high-efficiency multi-function handheld shower wand. Also, in every bathroom, you will find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Towels (white ones) are ultra-plush 100% Ring Spun Cotton towels. The black makeup towels are microfiber made of 87% Polyester and 13% Polyamide.


Laundry room

LG washer and dryer combo.
Iron, ironing board, and laundry detergents are provided.

Balcony

-There is a covered balcony to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.

Parking

- One parking space per reservation. It is an outdoor, uncovered space. Also, plenty of parking is available on the street, in close proximity to the home.


House Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine to sanitize
- Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am each day
- No parties or events (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood). No more visitors then what's on the reservation at any given time without approval. Visitors must leave before quiet hours commence. An additional fee of $150 will be applied for every unauthorized guest.
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. You will be evicted without a refund.
-No pets authorized.$500 fine for any undisclosed pets.

Close to everything we needed

We had more than enough space for 2 people and were less than 15 minutes away from all of the places we needed to visit. Glad we found this location and would stay here again.

Lovely Reno condo

This was a clean, updated condo inside. The beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms had awesome spray options in the shower. We were very comfortable during our stay. Michelle, the host, was also the most responsive that I have had using Vrbo and was a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful!

Exactly as advertised. Host was so responsive. We had an issue upon check in with a critical item that was broken; the hosrlt responded to our message within minutes, and it was replaced the next morning. Unit was comfortable, quiet, and well equipped - everything we could possibly ask for! Will definitely stay here again for future trips!

The unit is wonderfully remodled and updated. It is spacious, comfortable, and quieet. The showers are nice and each room has its own temperature control.Wonderful communication with property host. Super nice and attentive. Please note if you are wanting to cook for more than yourself it woulod help to bring a baking dish or serving platter. The kitchen items are for basic cooking needs. The unit is located close to the freeway which was nice for our daily commute to Washoe Valley. It is located in an older neighborhood and other units near by are more run down than this lovely unit. Neighbors are nice.

Just like the pictures!

We really enjoyed our stay here for a little over a week. Michelle is awesome and communicates fast and makes sure all needs are met. We are from Reno so we knew this wasn’t the best neighborhood but it worked out for us , as it was close to family we were visiting and as soon as you walk into the condo you feel safe and secure. The big tvs in each room along with an AC in every room was awesome . We definetly felt home and will stay here again in the future !

Well done apartment

The apartment is great, the accommodations were perfect. Owner was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is probably not someplace you want to be hanging out much. It was close to the livestock event center, so that was convenient. Nothing walkable as far as restaurants.

A gem inside.

A great experience, first time getting a place and not a hotel. Very clean, bright and inviting. Having the wood burning fireplace was a huge plus for me along with the upgraded showers! Michelle the host, was very easy to get in touch with to ask any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Welcome to College Home Away

Super cute apartment perfect for our family. We were able to cook meals, have movie night, nice romantic evening on their patio ….. we were VERY happy… suggestions for your stay: Bring your big pots of needing to family cook and seasonings… surrounding area seemed a little scary… but after spending a couple days, surrounding by a lot of families with kids playing outside. We will return ☺️

Michelle is the perfect host. She even checked mid stay to see if everything was alright. The unit is gorgeous, inviting and clean. Exactly as shown in the listing. The huge HD TVs in all the rooms were a big, big plus. Off street uncovered parking is available. Everything was updated and modern, even the splashy man-showers.

Clean place with all the necessities

The inside is very clean, and the host was super communicative and helpful. There is a big grocery nearby if you find anything missing for cooking (simple meals, the basic pots/ pans and dishes are supplied). Dishwasher tablets were provided, but not dish liquid for hand washing. The beds were comfy (although one person with down allergies had to sleep on the sofa, but that was also comfy). The AC works fine- we didn't need to test the heat or the fireplace. Reasons for not giving five stars in all categories: The location/ neighborhood was under construction and is not very "nice" feeling. Lots of run down properties and broken down looking cars around. It was uncomfortable for us, but we had no issues. It wasn't disclosed that the residential location was maybe on the lower end of the spectrum. So renter beware. I think if you are expecting that and really there were no issues, like I said, maybe it's ok with you.
