Clearwater Condominiums are located at the 8.5 mile marker on the Big Niangua branch of the Lake of the Ozarks. This is called the 'quiet' end of the lake, a great area for boating, water skiing, fishing or just cruising and relaxing. This is a family friendly place - conducive to fun and good times. This lakeside condo is on the lower level for easy lake, pool and lakefront lawn play area accessibility. No climbing steps or going around to the front of the building every time you need something you forgot in the condo. There is good fishing off the seawall in front of the condo, which works great as mom and dad can sit on the deck having a cool drink while the kids are fishing out front. A covered 12' x 32' boat slip is included at no additional cost and is located on the dock directly in front of the condo.

The Clearwater Condominiums are a relatively new lake community development - this condo was built in 2004 and the complex is very well kept up and managed.

This lower level 1050 sq ft condo is a spacious and tastefully decorated 2BR/2BA unit. It includes a full size kitchen with all major appliances and housewares provided. The kitchen has a bar area with seating and an adjacent dining area. For your enjoyment, the comfortable family room is equipped with a 46 inch flat screen TV with built in Blu-Ray DVD player. The master bedroom has a very comfortable pillowtop king size bed, a 37 inch flat screen TV, walk in closet, and a full private bath with a double vanity. The second bedroom has a pillow top queen bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV and a full bath with a connecting privacy door. Additional sleeping space is available with two extra twin size mattresses (for the kids). The lakeside screened and covered deck has tables, chairs and a new stainless gas grill for your barbecuing pleasure.

Two large outside pool areas are provided with lots of space for swimming, relaxing or socializing. The larger pool is heated. Very good fishing can be found all along the extensive seawall, on any of the 8 docks, or in the surrounding lake area by boat.

For you boaters - As a bonus - this condo comes with a free 12' x 32' covered boat slip which is within a few steps from the condo.

Within a few miles from the condo complex, you can find just about any activity or shopping need that you may require. Two fine golf courses, Old Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf Club, are located just a few miles away. The city of Camdenton is just 4 miles to the east. For additional activities, attractions and shopping, the larger city of Osage Beach is only about 20 minutes away.

We are Jim and Dot and this is our 'Fun and relaxing get away place at the Lake'. I'm a retired engineer and Dot is a retired household manager for 5 boys and a husband. Our main home is in West St. Louis County, MO. We have always been boaters, but we first started coming down here about 7 years ago when we found out that there is a quit side on the lake. So now this is the only place we go boating and we enjoy the whole area and think that it is the best boating and vacationing spot in the midwest. If you haven't been here before, you need to check it out.

Clearwater Condos are a great family fun place. The two pools provide plenty of space for swimming and socializing. Fishing is usually very good anywhere along the seawall or from any of the 9 docks. Boating is great on this part of the lake, the water is clean, the area is wide and deep, with lots of coves and usually is not too crowded.

Clean and well trimmed lawns and landscaping add to the enjoyment of the condo facility.

Our family considers this as a very special place where we have created many great memories - we believe that you and your family will enjoy it as well, and will want to return again!

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is in the center of the complex and has the best lakefront lawn in front of it. It is a large level area where our family enjoys all kinds of lawn games in addition to fishing. And being on the first level means that you don't have to climb a bunch of stairs to run into the condo for something you forgot - a welcome benefit when you have children or grandchildren to take care of and are always asking for something.

The area has many other activities to be enjoyed from the water or by road. You might enjoy golfing at one of two courses within 2 miles or many others in the lake area, sampling wine at nearby wineries, going to a water park or kid fun center, shopping at a premier outlet mall, visiting a cave or hiking in beautiful Ha Ha Tonka State Park. Going out for dinner by boat is always a fun and enjoyable experience at one of the lake's boat-up restaurant/bars.

Besides the lake and all of its activities, we are close to Bennett Springs for some great stream trout fishing, and Branson for taking in a great live show.

I like that we can just walk out being on the lower level and just around the corner is the pool

I like seeing the same people each year. They are all very friendly. Really wish clearwater had there own boat ramp to put in on site.

Nice clean place

Three night minimum on holiday weekend. Check in after 3:00pm, checkout prior to 11:00am, unless approved in advance. Reservation requests must be made a minimum of one week prior to the arrival date.

The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of the last day of rental, if the condo does not require excessive cleaning or unit repairs.
