Located on the right corner of Geribá, one of the most sought-after areas of Búzios, this charming house offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience.

The house, located on the 2nd floor, is accessible by a small staircase and offers a cozy and well-planned atmosphere to make you feel at home.

The condominium offers guests a comfortable stay and 24-hour security, and has a privileged location 250 meters from Geribá beach. One of the most famous beaches in Búzios, known for its perfect waves for surfing and a lively atmosphere. Ideal for walking, water sports and relaxing on the sand.

When you arrive at the condominium, if you wish, you can schedule a 30-minute/day cleaning service, depending on the team's schedule availability. This service is provided directly by the condominium's caretaker and we have no influence over it;

- For reservations with pets, it is important to note that we only accept small pets and a maximum of 2. In case of damages, or the need for extra cleaning, the guest will be charged after check-out.

Our check-in/out is simple, seeking agility for our guests. We have a 24-hour concierge and we authorize the delivery of keys upon identification of the group and all necessary information.

The condominium is made up of independent houses, which can be on the ground floor or upper level. Our house is on the upper level.
