Great resort for the family

My husband and I, my son, daughter-in-law and their three children 9,10 and 12 stayed Friday-Tuesday. Location of the unit was great. The views were very good and the resort had many things to offer. We enjoyed the ping pong table at one of the indoor pools and the pool table in the lobby. They loved the pool slide and the lazy river and the ocean. It is a wonderful place for a family vacation. There are so many things within walking distance. You really don’t even have to leave the resort area.

Love our stay!

This is our second time staying at this condo and we love it! Our group was my wife and I as well as my daughter and two grandkids and the unit accommodate our perfectly. It was perfect size and was immaculately clean The view of the ocean as well as the pool and lazy river from the unit is spectacular. Excellent communication with the host We highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Spring Break

Condo was all it said it was. The check in and check out was super smooth. Great location and amenities. Having the boardwalk right there was perfect for the group of HS boys that came with us. The Host was super responsive and answered all my questions quickly. We would go back again.

Never disappoints

This is our sixth year visiting Daytona for the Rolex. We have stayed at Ocean Walk every year and have never been disappointed with the property or the condo that we stayed in.

Fun family vacation

Nice property, lots of amenities. Property is right on the beach. Location is good. We visited Kennedy Space center and St Augustine. Only about an hour to each. Also went to Orlando which is only about an hour and fifteen minutes away.

Great place for family

Unit was very nice just like she described in her video, the beach stuff that was provided was great. A great setup for family that likes to have breakfast and lunch so the pool and beach can be enjoyed, washer and dryer also very helpful

Highly recommend !

This was a VERY nice resort! It was an unexpected surprise !! The pool was amazing and beach access was really great. We didn’t ever even need to leave the resort. Check in was a little tricky but Kara was readily available to make this as smooth as she could and all worked out just fine. I asked the front desk what the checkout process was and they checked me out before I was ready, but we had everything we needed to finish in our condo. It was very clean and nicely decorated and very warm and inviting. It was stocked with all we needed - o brought my own tissues and a pitcher for tea and lemonade from home but everything else was there. There were beach toys and blankets and kitchen utensils. Overall, this was a great stay!

Okay for the price

I read lots of reviews saying this condo was outdated but for the price, we gave it a shot. Pros: resort location and amenities, host was very responsive to questions, lots of beach toys already in the room, price is very reasonable Cons: condo furniture really needs updating, couches are stained, the fold out couch bed was not sleepable (very thin mattress, it’s doesn’t lay flat and slants towards the back), Lots of things were broken (screen door was torn and falling off the track, coffee table leg falling off, kitchen table is missing a chair, hotel doesn’t have enough, pool chairs are hard to come by (we had to get out about 9:30 to secure chairs)

Daytona vacation

Overall good experience. Host was on point for check in. Rental needs some repairs but nothing major. Resort was overbooked and crowded at pool. Bulldogs (security) was quick to try and take your stuff to open up chairs on the pool deck. I do not blame the host for this just a shortcoming of Wyndham. Parking is an issue for more than 1 vehicle and is quite expensive. Consider this in your budget. We had a 4 day stay total cost was about $100 at the parking garage across the street. The room was nice, view was great. I recommend but consider the above. May be a better option in off peak times.

We are on hand if ever a need arises! We love the ocean and know that you will enjoy everything that the Daytona Beach and Orlando area has to offer!

We love the resort atmosphere of the property. There are indoor and outdoor activities and a calendar of events that happen daily at the resort for kids and adults! All of the restaurants, movies and activities close by make a car unnecessary for those that want to save on expenses. The boardwalk is paved and leads to the pier!
