** CONDOMINIO PRIVADO Y LIMPIO ** Su condominio está ubicado en un área privada de la playa, pero a poca distancia del paseo marítimo. Se puede acceder al amplio balcón envolvente desde la sala de estar y las dos habitaciones. El balcón se extiende a un amplio patio que ofrece una maravillosa vista del océano, la piscina y la terraza. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen size, con todas las sábanas. La unidad cuenta con 2 baños completos con bañera y ducha en cada uno. El edificio cuenta con una hermosa piscina privada con sillas con vista al mar, sauna interior y sala de ejercicios. The host was very welcoming but the cleanliness of the room just wasn't on point. The beds had sand in them. Half of the keys didn't work to the room. The construction was an eyesore but for the money it was okay. The floors were really dirty. There was mold in the bathroom, not just a little mold. Quite a lot of mold all the way around the tub. We had a good time. Overall the room was not clean well at all. We bought steaks thinking there was a grill and there was not a grill in sight. We looked everywhere The blinds were broken in the master bedroom. We couldn't use the door to go out to the balcony. There was one pool open even during the construction or States that there's a sauna, a hot tub and an inside pool. None of that was open. It was in a great spot about a mile or so from the boardwalk. The beach was awesome. Communication with the host was awesome but I just can't give it five stars I was going to but I just can't because of the cleanliness of that room. Will I go back to the beach. Absolutely we go all the time. Will I go back to this room? Absolutely not.

1 STAR – Extremely Unsafe and Unclean Condo – Had to Leave EarlyOur Thanksgiving trip was completely ruined by the shocking condition of this condo. As soon as we arrived, we noticed mold growing inside multiple air vents, which is a serious health concern. Even worse, there was electrical wiring hanging from the ceiling fan, including what looked like a household extension cord being used as wiring. This is an obvious fire hazard, and we actually saw sparks coming from the wires.The condo was also very dirty, including roaches on the couch, dusty surfaces, and overall poor maintenance. We took plenty of photos because the condition was unacceptable and unsafe. We ended up having to leave and check into a hotel, costing us additional money during a holiday week.Our host, Amy, was unhelpful and dismissive when we reached out about these extremely serious issues. We have since filed complaints with VRBO and with the Code Enforcement Department in Daytona, Florida because no guest should ever be exposed to these unsafe living conditions.We strongly advise avoiding this rental until it is properly cleaned, repaired, and inspected.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this unit. So many extra things available in the unit. Awesome view of the ocean. Great communication with Amy. We would definitely stay here again.

Despite not knowing some construction going on at the time of booking our stay was nothing but wonderful! Our host, Amy was quick to respond when needed or had questions. She was wonderful!!! My sons, granddaughter, and myself really enjoyed our week stay and we will definitely recommend and visit again in the future. Highly recommend Amy and the Horizons Condominiums

Family Vacation

Great condo there was a little construction but did not bother us! First floor was great! The owner was easy to get in touch with and answered all questions! I would recommend to anyone! The one problem we had was the keys hopefully in future that could be updated!

Perfect Location

We couldnt have had a better location, it is super close to everything. After a day out in the sun it was so nice to come back to a cool and comfortable condo and relax with tv. We all slept great in the comfortable beds aswell.

We had a wonderful stay. The host provided very clear instructions and was really responsive during our stay. The place is spacious, quiet, very clean. It is conveniently located near a grocery store and many restaurants. We love it!

Disappointing Stay

While our condo was clean and spacious the outside property was a mess. We knew construction was in progress on the building we didn't know we would not be able to use the balcony or pool. The view to the ocean was obstructed by construction vehicles and massive digging on the property and a ramshackle tunnel to the beach. This was very disappointing. It is a beautiful area but we paid far too much with all this disturbance.

Our stay at Horizons

We experienced cold weather no thanks to mother nature! Condo was vast and spacious. The blinds were hard to work and had broken off ones on corners so we had to hang sheets for privacy. The workers were outside our windows on scaffolding. My husband took a polar plunge in the pool on a nicer 60degree day lol!

Excellent!

My family and toddler had a great time here! The property owner was very responsive! There were a few minor bumps, but they were nothing that would deter us from coming back again. Easy access to the beach and within driving distance of many things to see and do! We were very pleased!

Good place to relax and unwind

The condo was very spacious. There was some construction going on but didn’t bother us. Building was very secure. Easy access to beach and pool. Owner was very quick and friendly with any questions. I would definitely return to this same place.

Awesome

The stay was very enjoyable and I would recommend it to others, we usually stay in this area and it was perfect for what we wanted, the rooms were bigger than expected, the view of the ocean was fantastic, I was very happy that we did not have to bother our host Amy with any issues. I have never been one of those guests who complains about everything but I never had to anyway, it was great, thank you again amy.
