Apartment in Playa del Carmen near Xcalacoco beach and 15 minutes from 5th Avenue driving.

Exit to the pool, new furniture, new equipment like sheets, towels, duvet, robes, shampoo, blackout blinds, air conditioning, smart TV, Wi-fi, DVD player, DVD movies, bicycle, local telephone and more. Close to the best attractions of the Riviera Maya. Ideal for couples, adventurers, business travelers and families... All in a very quiet place.

The apartment is fully prepared to have a comfortable stay, to rest, to read some books, to watch some movies, to use Netflix, to work on your own computer, to enjoy the pool that is 5 steps from the door, to cook and prepare drinks. Includes books with recipes, two Krups coffee machines (espresso), blender, microwave, stove, full battery, crockery for 8 people, wine glasses and other additions. The bedrooms are fully equipped with bath and pool towels, linens, blackout blinds, air conditioners and fans. Also it has a cooler and umbrella that you can take to the beach and a bicycle to transport you.

The place have a locker with key, Internet WI-Fi, telephone for local calls, Smart TV, DVD player, DVD movies, books, washing center, bicycle, toiletries, daily maid service.

You will find a folder with detailed information and tips for your visit. You will always be taken care of by a person who will solve any doubt and advise you with tourist aspects.

It is certainly the best place to stay, the housing has a lot of vegetation, you can use their common areas to make some meeting (previous reservation), the area gives you the opportunity to be near a quiet beach and the city center.

Close to the neighborhood is a taxi rank with affordable prices, you can order them from the apartment phone. The tours of the different companies can go for you and return you to the end of the walk. It is also highly recommended to rent a vehicle, the apartment has parking, the car will allow you to know all the nearby places.

From day 1 there were problems

Day 1 there were problems. The curtain rod in 2nd bedroom was broken, therefore no privacy from outside and morning sun. Also in the guest bathroom three large tiles were on the verge of falling off the wall. Later on during the week the bathroom showers backed up and eventually the sewage backed up as well. It was a constant battle with the management company being used to come and fix the problems. Our entire week was interrupted with maintenance work having to be done on three different days. And the apartment was left filthy from all the grout dust of having to replace an entire wall of bathroom tiles that were practically peeling off the wall. The workers did not clean up their mess and we were left to deal with it. I have tried to get some sort of refund from the owner but no response from him. I strongly discourage you from ever renting this place as all he is interested in is getting his money, and not on your experience. DO NOT RENT!!

This is a great apartment. It’s a little ways away from everything which is why 4 stars.

This apartment is very comfortable and safely located in a gated community. It has virtually everything you need. It is necessary to rent a car or take a taxi to get most anywhere. You can walk to the beach from the gated community, but that particular stretch of beach is lined with all inclusive resorts, so you won’t be able to buy food, drinks, or use a bathroom. We used a taxi service while we were there and it’s only a five minute taxi ride to the public beaches, 5th Ave, grocery stores, etc. I highly recommend Adrian, Taxi #1933, phone number +52 1 984 100 2042 If you don’t mind being a little off the beaten path, then is a great place to stay. We enjoyed coming home to a quiet area. The pool at the apartment was clean and our kids really loved using it. Communication with the owner and property manager was hit and miss. Sometimes they were very responsive and sometimes not so much. Overall, it’s a great place. Clean, comfortable, fully equipped with plenty of amenities. If you don’t mind driving or taxing places, then you’ll most likely love it. One last thing, there is not a safe in the apartment, but we didn’t have any problems with security.

Is a newly remodeled place, everything is new and is designed for you to enjoy great vacations. Has what it takes to cook and is ideal for coffee lovers. It's a very quiet place to rest, but it's close to the entertainment area. It has a swimming pool and an almost virgin beach 800 meters away. Accounts with WI-FI, Netflix, DVD and board games. It is made for holidays.
