Rawai Ya Nui Beach Villa. Located 400 meters from the beach
Ya Nui Beach Villas are located in a small secure estate, consisting of six luxury private pool villas.
Set within a backdrop of lush tropical hills and located 400 meters from the locally renowned Rawai beach. A 700 meter walk in the opposite direction is “Ya Nui beach” a beautiful stretch of Golden sand idyllic for sunbathing, snorkeling and kayaking.
There is a convenient store for basic groceries, fully equipped gym, local restaurants and shops where you can enjoy a relaxing massage, fresh coconut or a cooked meal located within 200 meters of the estate.
The villas all feature a large open plan living area with a unique 3 way door system; the 3m high glass doors slide right back to provide unobstructed views of your very own tropical pool oasis.
We provide daily maid service and 24 hour security for no extra charge
The fully equipped kitchens are complete with all modern appliances and connect directly to the dining and lounge area. The lounge area features a 55 inch full HD smart TV, relaxing sofas, High speed internet, cable TV, air-conditioning throughout, a high vaulted ceiling and remote controlled ceiling fan.
All bedrooms are tastefully furnished in modern Thai style décor; they feature extra-large beds to ensure a good night’s sleep. All bedrooms can be adapted to accommodate a super king size bed layout or a twin bed option depending on your needs.
All Bedrooms feature private en suit bathrooms with very spacious walk in showers, They all feature Wardrobes, make up tables, 32 inch flat screen TV’S, Air-conditioning and remote controlled ceiling fans.
The Master Bedrooms have the added features of a walk in wardrobe, free standing bath and double sinks.
We would be more than happy to help you with any required information before or during your stay on shops in the area, restaurants, beaches of interest, activities etc. We can also help you organize hire cars, scooters or bicycles if required.

I love to travel and see new places, that is however not see easy anymore with 3 kids in school.
We love it here in Phuket and enjoy the beach way of life. I am a certified Divemaster and my wife and children are also certified divers, we love to go out on Diving and snorkeling trips in the local area in our spare time.
From May - November we have good surf in Phuket. My son and i love to hit the beach for a surf and a couple of sunset beers.
Love to eat Thai Food and were better than Phuket with all the fresh seafood in abundance,
That is why i love Phuket!

It has lots of nature and lush tropical covered hillsides all around the area, with a short walk to some of Phuket's best sunset viewpoints and beaches.
Whilst walking along the road to Ya Nui beach you can see water buffalo grazing at the side of the road in the lush Thai countryside,.
Ya Nui beach is a great spot for sunbathing and snorkeling and is located 700 meters along this scenic walk from the villas.
Rawai beach is located in the opposite direction, it is located 400 Meters from the villas.
This area has plenty of Restaurants, bar's, coffee shops and massage places.
You can find some of Phukets best local seafood restaurants along this road.
Rawai is also a great spot to take a local long tail boat out for a private day trip to some of Phukets surrounding islands.
That's why me and my wife choose to build here, you have the convenience of Rawai to your East and the nature of Ya Nui on your West, the best of both worlds.
