To finalize your booking and ensure the understanding of the house rules for both safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are required:
Completed and signed rental agreement
Valid government-issued identification
- Point of Contact form
- Security Deposit: $200 authorization hold (automatically released a few days post-checkout if no issues)
