Primary Bedroom:

Guest Bedroom:

Bunk Room:
Two full-size bunk beds with a full bathroom conveniently located across the hall.

ACCESSIBILITY & ENTRY:

Access to the rear unit requires walking along the side walkway of the property and climbing a short flight of stairs to reach the entrance.

Please consider this when booking for guests with limited mobility.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests will have access to both units included with the reservation.

Each unit has a secure keyless door-code entry. Your access codes and complete check-in instructions will be provided on the day of arrival through VRBO messaging and text.

We do our best to accommodate early check-in requests whenever the schedule allows. If early check-in isn't available, an early luggage drop-off may sometimes be possible. Please inquire in advance.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book.

No pets are permitted.

Packages should not be mailed to the property. The host cannot receive packages and is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged deliveries.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS:

For guest and property safety, exterior Ring cameras are located at the front door and side entrance.

An additional exterior Ring camera is located beneath the covered gazebo and monitors the fire-pit area for safety.

There are no cameras inside the home.
