Convenient and comfortable location

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed, it was quiet, the location was secure, and not too far of a walk to restaurants and stores.

We were an easy walking distance from the French Quarter, from the front door it was acrossnone street and you're there. After walking through the French Quarter I was glad we stayed here as it was quiet at night and with the shutters closed we were able to sleep wonderfully. There were amazing restaurants within a 20 minute slow easy walk, and it let us really explore the French District's architecture without having to stay in such a crowded area.If you drive, there was street side parking right in front and I highly recommend leaving your car there and walking because the traffic is insane in the Quarter.

This property is a good value. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. While only one block outside the French Quarter, you can leave behind the noise and commotion of the quarter but still be only a few blocks away from Bourbon Street. It has good air conditioning. We would stay there again.

Location, location, location!

A comfortable cottage with plenty of room plus a garden area to relax. Convenient location to shops, strolling into the French Quarter, or catching a streetcar on N. Rampart St.

Treme all day!

We had a great visit in this clean two story with a charming family room area and dining space. We enjoyed making breakfasts at the flat and having some incredible restaurants within walking distance. The place was exactly what we wanted for our experience and would love to stay again!

First, the positives. The space is beautifully decorated with a functional layout and amazing backyard space. The property manager Eric is friendly, helpful, and responsive. He even came over to help us get the oven on when we were struggling. The location is great- it’s close to the French Quarter as well as the trolley and bus lines. The parking is along the street and we had no problem finding a spot.A few cautions- if you have any kind of mobility impairment, this isn’t the place for you. The stairs are steep and narrow. The bathtub upstairs has a shower head but you have to climb over the side of the garden tub to use it. There is a standing shower downstairs that’s probably a better option for many.And one complaint- the beds- they are terrible. The mattresses are loud anytime you move around and they feel like they’ve outlived their intended lives. We managed, but it’s hard enough to sleep away from home without uncomfortable beds contributing to it. for Eric, location, layout, and beautiful backyard for the upstairs shower for the awful mattresses

Our visit to New Orleans

We loved staying at this cute little place. It was super convenient to walk to the French Quarter or to catch a streetcar or Uber to other parts of the city. I recommend this place for a small group.

Amazing stay

My friends and I had an enjoyable trip to New Orleans. The check in process was easy and Eric was very accommodating with details. The property was clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. We loved enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning in the beautiful courtyard area. The original details of the home were amazing. The location was good for us - easy walk to various points of interest or a quick uber ride back after a day of walking.

Very nice location

Super convenient location and great house. The kitchen was a little difficult to operate in with very limited hot water and old/broken pots. But if you're not looking to cook much while there, it won't bother you. Great communication from property manager.

New Orleans House

This was a great place to stay! Located close enough to the French Quarter to easily walk there but in a quiet area. The house worked perfectly for us and our 2 kids.

Perfectly New Orleans

Location, Location, Location!!! My family and I typically hang in Marigny when in NOLA. Well we were only a few blocks away which was very convenient. The property welcomed us with a historic and culturistic experience. It was perfect. We were able to wake up Mardi Gras morning and witness the Mardi Gras Indians doing their thing on the streets of Treme. We'd definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and Convenient

What a wonderful way to experience New Orleans! We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, and we especially loved being able to spend morning and evenings in the courtyard. The location is perfect - the French Quarter is truly a short walk, and the neighborhood is quiet. The host is also extremely responsive and very helpful.

Cottage on the French Quarter

This cottage made us feel like we were at home. The cottage was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio out back at night! The cottage is a short walk to Bourbon Street, which was awesome!
