The space
Welcome to our stylish 2-bedroom 1-bath condo, nestled literally a stone's throw away from the Convention Center and Downtown excitement. With a panoramic view of downtown Seattle straight out of the living room and 2 bedrooms, this contemporary urban stopover is perfect for both business and leisure travelers seeking convenience, comfort and modern charm.
Living room
• You'll be greeted by a calming mural that’s hand-painted by the very owner himself. We love design and artistic expression, and we are eager to impart that enthusiasm to our guests as well.
• 55-inch HD smart TV
• Dedicated workspace
• High-speed Internet
• Portable AC
• Board games
• Baby playpen upon request
Kitchen
• A fully equipped, modern kitchen
• A wide selection of K-cup coffee and tea
• Small-size washer and dryer
Bedrooms (King + Queen + Sofa pullout bed)
• Murals in both bedrooms painted by owner offer optimal relaxation and welcoming ambiance
• Green room: king bed + TV + mini work desk
• Purple room: queen bed + makeup vanity that also dubs as a small desk
• We use hotel-grade luxury sateen cotton sheets for all beddings
• Sofa in the living room pulls out to be a twin bed. More suitable for a petite figure
Location, Location, LOCATION!
Many of our guests are conference attendees. Everyone was pleasantly surprised by how close we are from the Convention Center. It's literally across the street! Many guests enjoyed sneaking out in between meetings and coming back for a quick nap or bathroom break.
We have a whopping walk score of 98 and transit score of 100! Within a 1-mile radius, you can easily walk to famous tourist attractions such as the Pike Market and Amazon Spheres, or to vibrant neighborhoods like Capitol Hill and Chinatown.
To get around, we are easily accessible via bus and light trail (Westlake station). For car drivers, we are very close to both north and south exits of I-5 freeway. There is a Hertz rental inside the Convention Center just 1 block away (and you can park the rental car there for free). Young folks also like to rent a Bird scooter to zoom between the downtown skyscrapers.

Given that the building sits directly across the street from the Convention Center, freeway noise can be heard in the open air. (FYI, I-5 goes right underneath the Convention Center.) The noise is noticeably reduced with the double-paned windows closed. Perks of city life, voilà!
