Petr’s place was super great and perfect location in Prague. You can walk or able to use public transportation nearby. It’s private area and need to listen to Petr’s instructions well in order to get into his place. Parking is about a 5 minute walk and easy process.
Amazing property, right in a fun area of lower Prague Castle, very walkable and right on the tram/bus lines. Petr was incredibly responsive, supportive, and gave great recommendations! We would love to stay there again in the future!

Thanks for your great review. You are welcome any time.

We had a wonderful few days in Petr’s apartment. I cannot say enough about the location and it was perfectly sized for 2 adults and 3 kids. The host was friendly, helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this apartment!
Easy access / waling distance to the things we wanted to do in Prague. Well equipped apartment. Even though we were there for 1 night it would be a great place for a multi night stay.

Perfect location for visiting Prague
The property was within walking distance to several tourist attractions in Prague and a quick bus trip (if you don’t want to walk) to the old town/new town border.
It is in a quiet area.
We wish we had stayed in Prague longer than 4 nights!
This location is amazing! We walked everywhere, although you could easily take the tram or subway too! Lots of restaurants and little shops right outside your door. Close and easy to get to the tourists attractions. The place was really cool, well decorated with plenty of space for 3 friends traveling.
The owner provided recommendations, maps, tips, everything we needed for an amazing time!
Petr arranged for us to have a very nice apartment and even picked us up at the airport (for which we paid him fairly). He gave a lot of good advice abou partment and the neighborhood. With the windows closed, the apartment was quiet, even with the trams right outside. The apartment itself had a lot of space for us and was well-equipped. If we ever got back to Prague, we would stay here again.
Nice location in the old part of Prague - good for short stays
This small apartment is located in the tiny courtyard in the back of an old historic building. You can access it only through the main building. Even if the apartment was nicely refurbished and has all the things you need like a modern kitchen, new furniture, nice decorations and fantastic photos, keep in mind that old historic buildings have also old historic issues too and one need to make compromises for the renovation like bathrooms without windows or the heating system squeezed into the main bathroom. Anyway, I think the owner did a great job and made the best of it. Ideal for 2+1 people, other 2 people need to sleep on the extensible sofa in the open kitchen/living room, which is absolutely ok for shorter stays.
Parking situation in Prague is a nightmare but the owner can you offer parking in a very close parking area against extra fees. It's not cheap, so better come by train if you can.
The location and surroundings are wonderful, very close to the old historic center.

We stayed at Mala Strana in Mid-Sept. The location was great, walking distance to everything; Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town. Many hidden gem restaurants in the area like the Bella Vida cafe'. Initially the apartment is a little tricky to get to; you have to get keys from the pizzaria and you go down a long hallway through several locked doors to get to it. Once there it is very quiet. We could tell the apartment was freshly cleaned but the bedding and towels set out were for only 2 people and we had 4 in our group. There was not information provided as to where we could find the bedding for the pullout couch but through search and contact with Petr the owner we found what we needed and he brought us more towels. Nice to have toilet closet seperate from shower with 2 sinks for 4 adults to get ready. There was a little musty odor in the wet areas as we used them so maybe more venting needed but clean and no sign of mold. Communication with Petr was excellent, he immediatly responded to messaging and phone calls. The area was safe, easy to get to from the train station either walking (15-20 minutes) or bus. Comfortable for 4 people, not sure how it would sleep 6. A few updates to the bedding for the pullouts, towels and guestbook, and more details about the check-in/check-out process would have given it a 5 star. Thank you for making our first visit to Prague and excellent experience. I would recommend this property.
Excellent location! Great restaurants right at your doorstep. Apartment stays nice and cool which was nice because we were there when it 34 Celsius. The tram stops right in front of the building. Walking distance to Charle’s Bridge & Old Town. We were a family of 4 and we were all comfortable.
