Please be aware that the yurt is surrounded by wilderness. You may from time to time see a wild animal. There have also been occasional mice sightings. While I am taking steps to mitigate these, it’s still a yurt in nature so keep that in mind. If a bug will ruin your stay, this may not be the best option for you.

Property as described. Nice and cozy place. Perfect for two adults and our dog. Easy location to head out to the Colorado National Monument and Grand Mesa. Nice privacy too. Bathroom was nicely updated and clean. Great space for our dog to walk around outside. Only hiccup during the stay was the hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived, but the host was quick to let us know they were already fixing the situation. It was usable by the next day.

This place is a wow for me.I love yurts, part of my heritage and this one is fabulous.It is so big, with a kitchen, bathroom, living room and upstairs. Ive never seen a yurt that had everything in it to make it feel like a home not just a bedroom. We loved the sky light, candles, cozy bed, fireplace, and tv. Lots of different fans also. And many other items around the place to use for both bathroom and kitchen. Even a speaker to take out by the hot tub for music. All the little touches to make it like home away from home.It also has a fantastic outdoor space with a fire pit and hot tub. We enjoyed sitting under the stars and just hanging out.Its close to town and site seeing, very quiet with a fantastic stroll along the canal to catch a sunset. I would highly recommend this place, wish I could own it its that amazing.We said it was the highlight of our trip. Thank you
