Welcome to Cozy Casa!

This is your home away from home. You will have full use of the entire house -- no sharing with anyone. Protect your car in the enclosed 2-car garage and safely enter the house through the inside door. You will be pleased at how clean the house is, nicely decorated, and very inviting. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with all the major appliances, some small appliances, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and all the cooking tools you'll need. Make coffee your way with your choice of 3 coffee makers. You'll sleep in super comfortable beds. And the bathrooms are well lit, good water pressure, and lots of hot water.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The price you see is our base price for 2 guests. Additional guests are $10 per night per guest. Additional guest fees are shown as a surcharge at time of payment.





Disclosure:

Rental Agreement and Damage Deposit
Guests must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. Damage deposit of $300 will be collected 2 days before arrival and will be released within 5 days of departure minus any damages.

Exterior security cameras on property
4 cameras guarding the entrances (including the inside garage door). No cameras inside the house. Garage door records open/closed status. No audio.

Grand Junction Gem! Immaculate and comfortable, convenient location. We were there during the epic rain storm, so we didn't get to enjoy the patio, but it is super cute. Comfy beds, plenty of hot water, usable kitchen, it was great to be able to use the garage, neighborhood was well-kept and felt safe. Definitely recommend, and if we need lodging in GJ again, will return.

Dan and Roseli were some of the best hosts we have had. We have stayed in VRBO’s for years and have a lot of experience with them. They provided our favorite essentials, the house was perfectly decorated. It felt very homey and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect size for our toddler that loves to run around and play. They were very accommodating with extending the rental a few times due to a hospital stay. I would give them 10 stars if we could.

Charming

This home is a great find. It was charming and had everything we needed. The owners were excellent to work with. If there was anything to improve, it is an old home so the air conditioning was inconsistent and complicated. They provided fans that helped a lot for sleeping. We would stay there again!

Perfect little spot

Cute and clean, had everything we needed! Loved the garage, the back porch area to drink coffee, the king size bed was the most comfortable and the sheets were super soft! Great communication with the host, we’d definitely stay there again!!

Birthday get away

We totally enjoyed our stay in Grand Junction. Visited the Colorado National Monument and the Grand Mesa. We loved the rounds of golf and had some great food at the local restaurants. We would highly recommend staying at Cozy Casa. It has all the comforts of home.
