For every season, there is a reason to visit the beautiful Pocono Mountains! Stay in our private community townhome with a 3 minutes’ drive to Shawnee Mountain Ski Area, 10 minutes’ drive to the Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, and 15 minutes’ drive to Bushkill Falls, the Delaware Water Gap, Dunnfield Creek Appalachian Hiking Trail, and East Stroudsburg University (ESU). Come explore the great outdoors or relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Don’t wait. Start planning your next getaway!
Our home has 2 bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen size bed), Queen sleeper sofa, 2 full baths, a jacuzzi tub, sunken living room with wood burning fireplace, open kitchen and dining room area, washer and dryer, playground for children off the back deck, and 2 parking spaces directly in front of the townhome.
You have access to the entire townhome which comfortably accommodates 6 individuals. If you are a larger family or group, please note we have other homes in this complex. Proximity between homes ranges from 30 seconds to a 4-minute walk.
You can contact us before, and at any time during your stay with questions or concerns.
There is a security camera outside the front door and outside the sliding door for the deck.
*Absolutely NO smoking, controlled substances, or firearms on the premises.
*Guests are families and responsible adults over the age of twenty-five.
*Please DO NOT disturb neighbors. If a violation occurs, guests must vacate immediately.
*The front door access code will be sent one day prior to arrival.
*The Wi-Fi name and password are on the fridge magnet.
*PLEASE DO NOT USE LINENS FOR CLEANING. There are appropriate cleaning supplies throughout our home.
*Please place used towels in laundry baskets. There is one in each bedroom closet.
*When checking out, please place all trash and recyclables in cans on the back deck and ensure the fridge is empty.
*Any items that you bring into our home, please take with you when you leave or dispose of them in the garbage.

The unit is well stocked, clean and cozy. Communication with the host was amazing ... always quick responses! The wood burning fireplace was an added bonus!! All in all, a wonderful place!

My family of 5 was very comfortable in this unit. The location to the mountain was perfect. Over all the unit was very clean. I can be a bit of a critic with clean, but I would stay in this unit again. Communication with the host was super easy and she was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice development and easy instructions for checking in. Very clean with plenty of seating on the main level with bedrooms upstairs. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Absolutely loved this home. It was so close to Shawnee mountain and at night you can see the Mountain lit up. Loved using the fireplace. A lot of stays around here don’t allow usage of the fire places so it was a great touch. Had everything you needed. My sons loved it. Would love staying here again. The host was great and very kind.

The house smelled amazing upon entry. Smelled of fresh laundry. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The villa was spotless and even had games to play for our stay. We definitely will be looking at the other properties.

Our Golden Retriever who is 11 yrs old was very comfortable with the indoor and outdoor surroundings. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to local area venues. Overall very pleased with our stay !

This was a perfect dog friendly townhouse for our weekend of hiking. It was close to everything we wanted to do, and was a very relaxing home base on our one very rainy day. The wood burning fireplace was extremely cozy on a chilly lazy spring day. The king size bed was definitely on the firmer side, so if you like a medium or a softer bed then just be aware. We didn't try the queen sized bed, so it may be less firm. Also, if you are planning on using the Jacuzzi tub it is MASSIVE and takes a while to fill (start filling it no joke about an hour or more before you plan on bathing). The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans, and there was both cooking oil and salt and pepper. If you stay here and like Thai cuisine then PLEASE try Sue's Thai Cuisine and Noodle bar. It was one of our favorite Thai restaurants that we've eaten at, and we ended up ordering from there two days in a row. Overall we loved our stay here!

Margaret was great and very responsive. The rental was clean and looked just like the pictures. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 plus dog. I only wish the unit was a little better appointed— the basics were there: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and toilet paper, but small touches like coffee, tea and sugar would have been nice as would some better/additional kitchenware. Tried to give 4.5 stars, but couldn’t.

First time here. Two older adults seeking a peaceful, lazy weekend away from home. This fit the bill perfectly! Very nice home, well appointed, overall very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood was a bonus! Margaret was great to work with and communicated quickly whenever I texted. This was our first time in the Poconos; something tells me we’ll be back!
