About this property

Views! Lake front 3-bedroom house with WiFi in charming Bath

Unwind in Bath at this vintage farmhouse right on lake Winnegance. This historic home was built in 1800 and boasts 3 lighthouses visible and water views from everywhere on the property. Property has shorefront to the lake and also overlooks Kennebec river. There is room for the whole crew at our summer house we love to share when we are not there. Grab breakfast or a treat at the famous Winnegance General store, right next door ;-) With 3 cozy bedrooms including 1 king bed and 5 full beds, guests will feel right at home. Big kitchen, great yard you can paddle, fish and swim right from the bottom of our path just steps from the porch. Water shoes recommended. Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. The additional living room space with a sofa bed provides a brilliant spot to relax after a day of exploring. 5 minutes from beautiful downtown Bath. Many local beaches and roadtrip destinations nearby. Contact host directly(must) for event requests or trailer parking. We prefer weekly Friday to Friday bookings but can accomodate other requests. Older Maine colonial home with updated kitchen and lots of character and charm. Beautiful lakefront view and a fire pit perfect for relaxed evenings. Plenty of room for a group with a good stock of dishes and cookware. Great location for day trips, shop in Freeport and be sure to visit the Maine Coastal Botanical Gardens and see the Thomas Danbo trolls.

This was the perfect rental for my college friends, and I along with our adult children as we attended the wedding of a friend’s daughter nearby. The house is a stately old Maine rambling farmhouse with the requisite eccentricities. It comfortably slept the 12 of us. The house is set on the most beautiful waterside property and it was lovely to relax outside. The owner was very responsive to my questions, which was much appreciated.
