Disfrute de este espacioso apartamento de 2 dormitorios, convenientemente ubicado a 3 minutos a pie de las arenas blancas y azucaradas del Golfo de México. Disfrute de una ronda de golf gratis en nuestro campo de golf de 9 hoyos 3 par o desafiar a la familia a un partido de tenis incluso después de la oscuridad. Ver la puesta de sol sobre el puerto que está cerca o disfrutar de la cena en nuestro restaurante en el restaurante. Este condominio está cerca de la piscina más grande en la propiedad y las 3 bañeras calientes maravilloso para un chapuzón tarde en la noche!

Fun place to stay

If there could be an update the only thing I would say would be new carpet and rugs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome time living here for the weekend. The location is in reach of everything such as beach, shopping, and eating. There is a rule about loud music after ten I think but other than that it’s an awesome neighborhood.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as we came into the condo I started noticing items that were not working properly or broken. The master bathroom bathtub was not draining, the window in the living room could not be shut all the way, stove tops were uneven and popped out of place, the internet was not working (the network name and the password that we were given did not even exist),and to top it all off the kitchen was infested in the cockroaches! Before we went to sleep the very first night they started coming out and then in the middle of a night when I got up to get some water from the kitchen the bugs were all over the floor running! I could not even sleep comfortably, and I was afraid that the bugs were going to crawl on us. Since it was Sunday and the office was closed when we got there I went to the office the following morning and an employee at the office took the notes of everything and told me that a Maintenace man woudl take care of everything that day. As the day was coming to an end I called the office to find out why nothing was done and the girl at the front office informed me that they had other emergencies and that our issues were not as urgent and they were treating everything likea triage! And, she told me once again that they would have someone come that day which never happened! I called again the following day and I addressed the internet and the other issues mentioned above. The response was the internet was free and I was not being charged for the internet!!!1 The internet was advertised as a part of amenities. I called the office again on the third day of our stay and everything was noted once again. Then, I was told to give them the network name and password and then informed that the information was never updated. A different girl who answered the phone was able to give me the info over the phone while previous persons told me that a Maintenace man has to come and re set the router! I'm very disappointed with this condo and the experience. I will never stay there!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit before and it was good, however not so much this trip. The guest toilet was plugged on arrival, the flush handle broke on the master toilet, 2 of the deck chairs were not usable due to the seats being ripped out, screen door on the slider had a huge hole in it, smoke detector missing in the guest bedroom,the whole unit is in need of maintenance. I will stay with Sandpiper again but not in this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is perfectly located; a few steps to the pool/hot tubs and a few steps to the beach. With the security building close by as well, I felt perfectly safe here as an older single woman. The condo has been beautifully maintained and very clean. If the owner is looking at future upgrades, it would be wonderful if the bedrooms had flooring other than carpet. Please never remove the Liveoak tree outside this condo. It so added to my experience of the natural beauty of this destination. I’m back next winter for another 2.5 month stay!

The beds and seating are the most important things to us in a long stay. Having all we need to cook with is. Updated appliances and good taste abound here. Everything is close.

Love the location, on the beach, near all the Destin attractions but usually quiet and secluded.Don't let the golf course fool you -- it's real short, but it's real tricky.

Someone from housekeeping came by to try to reset the internet - which I had already done multiple times. The lady from housekeeping promised that she would get my daughter internet access somewhere so she could submit her paper. We never heard from anyone else on staff about the internet outage. Instead, we were forced to drive to a local store to obtain internet access. We had politely asked if my daughter could get internet access from the reservation office or anywhere else on the property to save us from driving to a coffee shop multiple times. No one gave us internet access.

Wonderful HOT vacation

Have stayed at Sandpiper Cove at least 10 years in a row when my family was younger. Now, 30-40 years later, we still very much enjoyed Sandpiper Cove and the unit we stayed. Overall the complex is still very nice but is in need some some updating and upkeep. Simple thin a like new decking, fresh paint and updated furniture would help a great deal. Would definitely stay there again. The reason for a 3 star on cleanliness was a 3” roach in the bathroom and splinters from worn out decking boards.

Cookware needs updating, Online pictures do not display actuality.I will stay at Sandpiper Cove again however, not this particular unit.
