Latitudes features stunning and sweeping (7th floor) views of the Gulf of Mexico from an oversized, covered, balcony (and almost every room).

Even the Kitchen has a peaceful view of the Sea! Two sets of sliding glass doors allow access to the Gulf front balcony.

In the Living Room, you'll find a huge sectional sofa with chaise lounge (queen size sleeper sofa), wrought iron coffee table, entertainment console with a 65' Samsung LED SmartTV and bluetooth soundbar. The adjoining Dining Area features a beaded chandelier over a table table that seats six.



The remodeled Kitchen opens to the Living Room and Dining Area. Kraft Made Cabinets, Granite counters, Samsung stainless steel appliances, Marble and glass back splash with accent light highlights the luxury of this condo. Even including a 20 jar spice rack It will satisify event the most discriminating home-chef - bar ware, professional style knives, silverware, dishes, cook ware and bake ware are all there. After all, just because you're on vacation doesn't mean you can't have a home-cooked meal!

Alternatively, there's a plethora of dining options minutes from the front door!



The Gulf-facing Master Suite features a gorgeous king-size bed, long dresser with a 55' LED Smart TV and an iHome radio on the night stand. The adjoining (remodeled) Master Ensuite also features Kraft Made vanity with vanity seating and granite counters, wall sconce-embedded mirror and large walk-in shower.

An adjoining Gulf Front balcony, with breath-taking sunrise views, is accessible from the Master Suite.



The spacious Guest Suite contains two (2) Twin beds, a long dresser with 55" LED Smart TV. Plantation shutters, a walk-in closet and (also remodeled) adjoining bath with new Kraft Made Vanity and Granite counters.

Guest Access:

Enjoy the 700 feet private beach, a (seasonally heated) pool, kiddie pool and Hot tub. The silver sands factory stores is directly across the street featuring over 100 top designer store outlets and dining options. For the coffee drinker in the family, there is a Starbucks within walking distance! Several golf courses are also nearby, including a par 3 course and putt putt! Don't forget Big Kahuna's water park, just short drive West. Grande SanDestin also houses upscale shops and restaurants nearby, a long with Carmike cinema (which offers dining with your movie)! Destin commons, another outdoor mall, is just two miles to the West as well. That's not all! Nearby you can also find: fishing (beach, pier and deep), wild life viewing, horse back ridding, golf, tennis and so much more!

Parking Plan - Once all available parking spots onsite are taken, we will provide a ride back from our parking area at Silver Sands Outlets. Our designated parking area will be the lot closest to highway 98 and Old Navy. Our staff will be available as needed to pick up and bring back to the community. They will need to notify Patrol as they exit the property so that we know to pick them up. If no one is at the patrol office, please have them call 850-837-6999

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Latitudes. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
