Spacious home in Capitol Hill

Good location for a trip with friends with lots of well-maintained space and nearby restaurants. Recommend for any visits to Seattle.

The house was just as the pictures showed. We had 7 adults, so having 4 bathrooms was fantastic. Plenty of space for privacy, a nice kitchen and a short walk to the train. 2 nearby grocery stores and lots of places to eat.Xin was a gracious host and immediately responded to all questions and concerns. We hope to stay here on our next visit to Seattle.

Great location! Close to shops, restaurants, and activities. The home is stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Comfy beds and the parking spot was a huge plus! Fit our Suburban in the driveway easily. Outstanding communication with the host! Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Only thing to note, since it is an older home, there is a lot of road noise as the front of this house faces a very busy street. With that in mind would still highly recommend staying here!
