We would like to inform you about the following important information regarding the tourist tax in Montenegro:

All visitors who are not Montenegrin citizens are required to pay a daily tourist tax at the following rates:
- Adults: €1.00 per person per day
- Children ages 12-18: €0.50 per person per day
- Children under 12: exempt from payment
It is recommended to visit a tourist agency within the first 24 hours of your stay
Please ask me on the day of your arrival for further information to ensure successful registration.Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will provide detailed registration instructions in the digital guide book

-When the reservation is completed please send us yours schedule (flight details and phone number) so we can assist to ensure safe arrival and arrange if necessary transportation from airport to apartment

-We are pleased to inform you that before arrival we will send you digital guide book for your convenience. This guidebook contains all the necessary information regarding your arrival, departure, appliance usage, city information, restaurant recommendations, and attractions. Rest assured, it's all there for your reference.

-Visitors to Montenegro holding a passport of any kind other than Montenegrin are subject to a daily tourist tax , which comes out to €1.0 per person/per day for adult and €0.5 for children ages 12 - 18 and children up to 12 years do not pay. Please ask me on the day off arrival for this information so you can register successfully

-Parking it is important to mention that the Herceg Novi is restricted with parking places, actually almost all public parking places are charged .There are total of 4 paid parking places in the vicinity of the Old Town and as well places nominated for car parallel to the street are charged (1hr is between0.5-1 euro in respect of red/yellow and blue zone).

PARKING

-Parking on the street above building is restricted to permit, you are welcome to park car on street but it is required to pay daily parking ticket (1hr -0.70cent or daily ticket 6 euro).
-If you stay for several days, there is option to park the car in our yard in front of the house (which is 5 km away from the apartment). In that case it isn’t convenient to use the car every day exploring the Montenegro. Our guest mostly use this option to reduce travel expense.
-Don’t park in front of Fortress Kanli Kula more than 15 min, you will be clamped or towed


-We offer transport services that can be arranged for an additional cost and upon request. Day trips possible to the Trebinje in Bosnia and of course to Perast, Kotor, Budva, Tivat (Porto Montenegro), old monasteries as well as to the national parks Durmitor, Lovcen, Skadar Lake
-Dubrovnik Airport is about 30 km from Herceg Novi, while Tivat Airport is 25 km away.
