Great touring base! Clean 3 BR, 2 BA. King bed Master w ensuite bath. Queen BR. 3rd BR w futon. 1550 sq ft, hot tub, backyard, patio. HDTVs stream Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Apple. Linens, towels, plates, pots, utensils, paper products, soaps, coffee, more. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas BBQ. Driveway and street parking. 10 min to beach, UCSB, SBA airport, golf, Bacara Resort, downtown. 5 min to ice rink, bowling, SBA airport, UCSB, Amtrak, Bacara Resort golf. 30 min to Santa Ynez wineries and Chumash Casino.Some clothes in closets. Quiet neighborhood, please respect neighbors - No parties or loud music. Don't invite others over. I strive to provide a 5-star experience. I will be traveling but checking email and text. Easy check in and pleasant stay

My group of friends and I came down for a mini staycation. Our stay was pleasant at the house and we had access to everything we needed. We are familiar with the Goleta and SB area, so it was great to be close to the areas and places we revisited. Thank you again for hosting and such a pleasant stay!
