#307's 3rd Floor location offers views galore from the screened deck. This privately owned and managed 1,000 sq ft condo has TWO King beds and two full baths. A large well appointed Kitchen with breakfast bar and spacious Great Room make this a comfortable place to relax and spend your vacation. Amenities include full size washer & dryer, free wireless, split master plan, TV's in each room. We provide basic necessities to get you started in this self-serve vacation rental. (paper products; hand, dish & laundry soap, etc). Daily maid service is not provided. Escape to the Coast, eat fresh oysters, enjoy the small town atmosphere and friendly people, meet your fishing guide at the dock! This condo is located at the Water Street Hotel with access to the community pool and exercise room. Dock space is for rent through the front desk on a first come basis. Spacious, clean, quiet, condo with a gorgeous view!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable (good sleeping). The screened in porch is wonderfull for catching the sunrise across the estuary. When the sun sets, it lights up the view across the river.
We highly recommend a visit to the “Bowery Station” for some locally brewed libations & good talent that frequents the place.
Regarding response to a problem. We had a dryer to stop working during our stay. A repairman was checking out the dryer the same day. He had to order a part & was back the next morning. An hour later, the dryer was operational! Excellent resonse rime!

We had a great time in Appalachicola with a couple of dogs. The location was great and the condo was well furnished, clean, and quiet. Kathy was responsive and a great host.

A New Favorite
Great location convenient to SGI, Cape San Blas and Mexico Beach. The rental was very nice with great view of river and walking distance to everything in Apalachicola. People in area were very friendly and we hope to return soon!

Stay ruined by ants!
We were fighting an ant infestation our entire stay! We contacted the owner's representative after the first day of misery and all she offered was more spraying--which didn't work! No offer of relocation or refund. Just a statement that she had told us about the problem when we checked in. Really a little late as we had driven from out of town to the condo and had our vacation planned around the accommodations. We had ants in our beds and, if we cooked anything, ants crawling on our arms, legs and faces! Apparently, everyone at the hotel had been aware of this situation for a long time! We were even told by someone on sited that this happens frequently in the summer.
The unit also had cleanliness and maintenance issues. Found dead roaches on the kitchen floor upon arrival, and black curly hairs in the master bath tub, which also had rust spots and needed caulking. The shower door and tile was covered with soap scum. There were also spider webs on the ceiling of the porch, which had dirty screens. The Keurig coffee maker was broken.
Not happy with this experience!
(UPDATE: The Water Street Hotel has valiantly fought the ants and seems to have gotten them under control.) We definitely try to make our guests happy but evidently it wasn't possible in this instance. This property was inspected the morning of guests arrival and was found to be insect free and rental ready. There was not another place to move these guests to during our busy season and the ants are beyond our control being only 1 of a 30 unit condo hotel managed/owned by a larger company. Since these guests refused to have pest control come in to address the issue and did not contact us again after the first day of their stay, we assumed the problem was resolved. Upon further investigation, the Keurig DOES work quite well and makes a darn good cup of coffee and we couldn't find anything amiss with the shower doors. The housekeeper spoke to the guest prior to their departure and was assured all was well. Based upon our history of satisfied guests and high marks for cleanliness, this guests claims prove to be mostly false.
Apalachicola means anything to do with fresh or salt water. We have the best oysters, renowned shallow water fishing, great locally owned & operated restaurants, fun & funky shops, great art galleries, and very friendly locals. Local Award Winning Microbrewery (Oyster City Brewing Company) Robinson Brothers Guide Service Fishing Guides can pick you up at your Riverfront Dock. St. George Island is our beach - unspoiled and beautiful and has been rated the #1 or #2 beach in the country several times. No High Rises! This is Old Florida at its best. Come and relax and make new friends!

Property manager has several Pet Friendly units - please let us make you and your dog comfortable elsewhere. Cleaning Fee doubled on Monthly Stay. Guests must complete and return our rental agreement & credit card authorization form and provide a photo id. Up to 15% booking fee is added to all reservations booked and paid for through this website.
