Great ocean view however a bit impaired by a tree in front and construction being done on the beach. House was clean and loved the modern feel. My kids were amazed at the “gold” silverware. Cleanest beach house I’ve stayed in!

We enjoyed our stay at the shipwatch condo. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very close to the pool and the beach!

Property management company was great and very responsive. Although some furnishings could use a refresh, property was clean and had all essentials needed. Easy access to beach and pool.

Awesome spot ! Very nice accomodations . Beach wasn't crowded at all. Saw sunrise every am from deck, monarchs migrating. Pool not crowded either . Hope to be back next year !

Everything was great! The property had recently been renovated and truly felt like no one had been it in yet - everything was clean, the kitchen well-stocked, comfortable bed, and convenient to anything needed. We’ll be back next year!
