Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before leaving: • Please place used linens, towels and kitchen towels in a bathroom tub or sink. • If many dishes were used, kindly start and load the dishwasher—soap is under the kitchen sink.
• Turn all lights off • Close & lock windows • Put blinds down in all the rooms • Return both thermostats to the original setting of 65 (winter months) & 75 (summer months).
• Take trash to the dumpster across from the stop sign or leave in bags in property. • Lock doors (front and back), If AC is in, the door will not lock so leave it. and, message us once you’ve left

Wonderful vacation rental for a couple or a small family! The space was clean and well appointed. Simple check-in process made getting some sleep after a long travel day painless. Walkable to food and shops in Incline Village, as well as the monkey rock trailhead a little further down the road. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay in Incline Village at a reasonable price. Great for a couple but can sleep up to six. Kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. Nice deck to enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful pine trees. Good location to get to all the great things that Lake Tahoe has to offer. Host was very nice and responsive.
