Great Location

I used this apartment as a long term stay until I was able to secure an apartment in NYC. Not only was the property a great location, it was clean and easy to work with management. Rafael, who is the super on site, is incredible. He is so nice, helpful and a great guy. I could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much Rafael for all your help!

3 month stay in Chelsea

Overall good experience! Communication with landlord was very easy. Building is old and street noise/construction can be very loud, but hard to avoid in NYC. Heater in unit is also very loud at night.

It was a pleasure having Kassidy. Although the historic Chelsea building appears old the building has been fully gut renovated including the apartment and all public areas and systems. As Chelsea and in particular the flower district is an alive area some guests who may come from less urban experiences may be unaccustomed to any exterior sounds. Our heating system is a computer controlled system that quickly responds to internal and external temperatures which what she may be responding too. We hope to always have guests like kassidy who help us make the experience better for all our guests.

Stay away!

I don’t know where I start. I stayed at the unit for 2 months.. First of all the photos are extremely photoshopped. The unit is nothing like the photos. It’s run down, broken furniture and dirty sheets/towels. I ended up spending $$ on towels and sheets. The window has a crack so you will hear all the noise from the street. The fire exit doesn’t open which the city had to drop by 3 times till it was fixed. The building is loud, you will hear next door sneeze. The host will not do anything or fix so no point in contacting him. Overall it’s a scam and run away! I had to chase the host and take him to small court just to get my agreed refund.

Clean, comfortable studio

Pros Great location. Close to subway. Flower shops nearby spruce up the atmosphere. Room and building were clean. Studio well-furnished. Cons Street noise can get loud. AC unit doesn't blow cold air.

Sometimes the ambience of Chelsea as a hybrid commercial/residential and chic area comes with a bit of noise. We truly appreciate the feedback as we want to make all our guests happy and comfortable.
