Welcome to Pier View Luxe Retreat, a modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach condo in Carolina Beach, North Carolina, designed with families and small groups in mind. Located on the desirable north end of Carolina Beach, our newly built retreat offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Just steps from the beach and overlooking the iconic Carolina Beach Pier, you’ll enjoy easy access to fishing, live music, waterfront dining, and unforgettable ocean views. Beach access is only a short walk from the community pool, making it easy to spend your days relaxing by the ocean or enjoying the resort-style amenities.

Completed in 2025, Pier View Luxe Retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children). The spacious floor plan, thoughtfully selected furnishings, and bright coastal décor create the perfect setting for family vacations, weekend getaways, and memorable beach trips. Every bedroom features a 55-inch Smart TV, giving everyone their own comfortable space to unwind after a day exploring Carolina Beach.

The community pool and hot tub are professionally maintained by the HOA and are typically open seasonally from spring through late fall. They are generally closed during December, January, February, and March.
