Linens available upon request.<br><br><br>Services and surroundings: The house is within walking distance of a picturesque lake promenade that was recently renovated, allowing you to walk all the way to Sarnico, the town on the opposite shore of the lake. Along the way, you’ll pass through the beautiful Barche Park, which opened in 2010 and features a wide variety of plant species.<br>A beautiful floating beach is just a few steps away!<br><br>Just a few meters from the house, there’s a bakery selling food, a café, a tobacco shop, a pastry shop, two ice cream bars right on the lake, one restaurant-pizzeria, a wine bar, and a pizzeria. The nearest supermarket is about 300 meters away. About 1 km away, there is a beautiful playground for children, located in the most picturesque part of the town. Nearby, you’ll find a shopping center, a pharmacy, a post office, and a spa with a relaxation area, massages, and treatments. Many other restaurants and pizzerias are just 2–3 km away.<br><br>Free use of the pool: our guests are offered free admission from Monday through Friday (with use of sun loungers while supplies last) to the Origami Clusane pool and garden on Lake Iseo, about 1.5 kilometers from the house, with the only requirement being that you order a drink at the bar. On weekends and holidays, there’s a 50% discount on the admission price.
