This Paradise Retreats luxury retreat is unlike any you’ve seen before, located at the top of Montecito's Golden Quadrangle, an area known for lavish crème de la crème estates. This sprawling residence features spectacular ocean and Channel Island views and is just a short drive from Montecito’s award-winning restaurants. Designed by architect Paul Grey, the mansion showcases spacious rooms, high ceilings, large terraces, and is environmentally friendly. Each level offers something unique such as spacious Primary Suite, Junior Suite, Media and Game Room, and a separate Rooftop Apartment.
It’s not just the interior that’s jaw-dropping, but relax in the extensive gardens created by renowned landscape architect Isabelle Greene. That’s not all. There’s a newly redone black 52-foot rectangle pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, pingpong table, bocce ball court, and full outdoor kitchen with a firepit. There’s no shortage of places to entertain and lounge with stunning ocean and mountain views.
