Este es un paraíso tropical. Al entrar la sensación es espaciosa, luminosa, con techos altos y colores claros. Primer nivel tiene sala de estar, con sala de estar y t. v. frente al área de la cocina. Hay asientos para seis en el bar y una mesa con seis sillas. Subiendo las escaleras hay tres habitaciones, todas del mismo tamaño. 12x12 aprox. y una habitación tiene un baño con ducha. También hay un baño con bañera en la parte superior de las escaleras. Dormitorio con baño con vista a la piscina y al patio trasero. La planta baja tiene una sala con lavadero y dos habitaciones, ambas de aproximadamente 12x12. También hay un baño con ducha. Las puertas dobles conducen al exterior. Mesa de billar, mesa de ping pong, tablero de dardos, área de césped y cancha de bochas.

Esta casa sería perfecta para un par de familias juntas. ¡Tanto para hacer en esta casa que nunca querrás irte!

We stayed in this beautiful house for Our Daughter’s wedding in Santa Barbara.the space was perfect for the bridal party to to get ready for wedding the large island was huge for our brunch. Can not say enough about how beautiful this home is inside and outside so many places to relax the outdoor fireplace and the heated swimming pool,the landscaping it was perfect for our large family this is diffenty One of the best Houses we have ever rented Thank you again

This home has it all! Pool, ping pong, pool table, bocce ball, lovely bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and large hot tub. We dined outdoors and had soothing evening sing-along time as the fire in the huge outdoor fireplace warmed us. One of the best features was the multiple conversation areas spread throught the house.

Refreshing and relaxing vacation paradise!

What an incredible and serene getaway, conveniently located near everything! The home is stunningly beautiful, offering ample space for everyone to gather together or enjoy their own private retreat, whether indoors or outdoors. The kitchen is a chef’s paradise! The pool and jacuzzi were a huge hit, with plenty of outdoor space to relax, play pool, or simply dance in the grass. The location is ideal, with a walkable grocery store and shopping area featuring a smoothie shop, ice cream store, Starbucks, and much more. We were just a short distance from several beaches and Stearns Wharf, making exploring a breeze! We would absolutely love to return!

Private, Spacious Paradise

We had an incredible time at this property. The photos don’t do it justice! It’s bigger and better than they give it credit. The hot tub is hot; the pool is heated just enough. If you have a big group that needs a lot of common space then this is perfect for you.

Wonderful house for family garhering

We had a great time. House is perfect. Pool. Hot tub. Ping pong bocce. The only downside is the proximity to the highway. Otherwise just perfect.

My wife and I were in town for our daughter’s wedding. We had family stay with us and the house was very accommodating. Indoor and outdoor spaces were great. Great spaces for entertaining.

Wonderful place to stay with family!

We had an incredible week here with family. The house is is great, and easily accommodated our group with 3 generations, ranging from age 4 to 80. We loved the heated pool, hot tub and large outdoor backyard with ping pong, bocce ball and grassy area to play games. The kitchen and house were well-stocked. The location is amazing - a quick walk down the street to the grocery store and nearby shops, and a 5 minute drive to multiple amazing beaches. We especially loved Butterfly Beach. Highly recommend staying here!

Great house and location

The house and backyard were perfect for our two families. We had 5 kids ranging in age from 12 to 18 and they loved the pool and jacuzzi, ping pong, pool table and grassy area. The kitchen was well-stocked and the rooms were nicely decorated. We also loved the location and being walking distance to stores and restaurants in Montecito.

Great Location

The house it in a great location. The main floor (living, Kitchen, etc) was very nice, unfortunately there is no bathroom on this level so it was difficult for our 90 yo grandparents.

Great location

House was great in terms of activities on site. And easy walk to anything. Property manager was lovely. Smell of the house was quite pronounced and windows/doors needed to be open immediately. Downstairs smelled damp and like there was mildew. Family staying downstairs had a problem with that. Otherwise a great house.

Beautiful week in the rain

This house was wonderful. Described accurately and appointed perfectly for our stay. We had unusual rains all week, but we had a blast anyway. Spent lots of time on the huge covered patio, and the kids enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool despite the rain. We would happily stay here again. Thanks Julie! 😊

Lovely Home

This home checked all of our boxes and everyone from 3 years old to 70 enjoyed our stay and hope to return on our next visit to Santa Barbara. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, learned how the play pool, loved beating Nani at Ping Pong. The adults loved the warmth of the outdoor fireplace while making s'mores for kids, the hot tub while looking at the stars, and the well equipped kitchen for preparing dinners. We hope to try playing Bocce Ball during our next visit.

The property manager greeted us with a smile and gave us a detailed walk through of the property. She allowed us in an hour early which really helped us out. The guests so enjoyed hanging out in the family room and outside by the pool. Great kitchen too. Great location. Thank you.

Paul and Julie Craig. My husband and I have been married for over 25 years. Five kids (his, mine and ours) Paul grew up in Santa Barbara and has never lived anywhere else. I grew up in the Los Angeles area.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We purchased this home in 2003. We spend five years doing renovations while living there! With a eye for design my husband fell in love with it's potential. It was a long road to accomplishing everything he wanted to do but eventually we succeeded. We wanted to live here permanently but due to the economy taking an unexpected turn we decided to turn our home into a vacation rental. We have enjoyed seeing many many families coming here for celebrations of all sorts and get to enjoy a wonderful place to come together and celebrate each other. This has brought us great joy.

One of the best features of this home is the location. We are walking distance to Coast Village Road, Butterfly Beach and Vons supermarket. We are minutes to State Street and the Santa Barbara Zoo.
